Tableau - A great starter tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Tableau has a smoother learning curve and can easily be used by non-technical folks who have little to zero coding knowledge for data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major downside regarding Tableau would be its seamless integration with the microsoft suite. As many enterprises use a Microsoft techical stack, integrating Tableau gets a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we use Tableau to visualize realtime contact center data to measure perform of our contact center representatives. We measure KPIS such as average speed to answer, number of calls abandoned and many more.

Tableau is a powerful tool and greate for data visualization tool and data analytics
It is easy to learn and use and can provide wide variety of analytics charts
It can handle large size data efficiently in no time

What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is horrible they don't have chat or call support and we need to rely on email thread for any resolution
They block your site without any notice and there is micommunication between Tableau and their parent company and user has to suffer because of their lack of communication mostly bills paid not discussed properly among them

Best Data Visualization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create more innovative yet comprehensive visualizations/Dashboards to show the clients and make them understand about the projects results. I frequently use tableau to create dashboards and for Data Analysis because of its easy implementation and good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for publishing the dashboards to public is one thing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mainly using Tableau for data cleaning, data analysis and visualizing the end results from my projects for showcasing the results. It helps me to explain the project and its goals easily. The visualizations created in tableau is easily understandable.

it can be expensive for small businesses or individual users. Additionally, the learning curve for advanced features, such as calculated fields and data blending, can be steep for beginners. Performance can also slow down when working with very large datasets.

helps in analyzing large volumes of data quickly and efficiently, leading to better decision-making. It has significantly reduced the time required to generate reports and has improved collaboration within teams by enabling the sharing of live dashboards.
Best tool to create Comprehensive Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
In tableau it is easy to do data cleaning and create understandable Visualizations. It is also easy to implement and deploy the done visualization to public. It has good customer support. I have been frequently using Tableau to create dashboards of My projects in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for its licensing is the one thing I disliuke about tableau.

Tableau is helping me to show the prediction and data analysis done using the large amout of datasets in a way our customers can easily understand the end results of the prohject. I have used it to create comprehenssive dashboards with visualization that is easy to understand explain.

What I like most is how easy it is to create visuals without having to deal with complex DAX queries, like you often do in Power BI.

The custom visualizations could be improved.

I work as an analytics consultant at Deloitte. In this role, we create Tableau reports and dashboards for our clients to support business intelligence and help them make better use of their data.
User friendly & amazing business intelligence tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau has lots of option to customize charts & graph. We can also publish dashboard in PowerPoint optimised format. So chart can be extracted as a point slide
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike power BI where users allowed to change the Axis. In this users have to use predefined charts. We can put filter to select or unselect any specific datapoint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau help us to automate the entire reporting across department. Previously we were using excel report. So lots of time waste in preparation of report. Now with Tableau everybody has access to interactive reports. We are investing more time in discussion
