Tableau server- An irreplaceable visualisation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The quickness with which it refreshes data. And the versatility with which it handles big data. It is one of the best tools that is used to analyse any large dataset and make business decisions out of it. It is a product which helps the executives to make business decisions and also look at different views to a particular problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem with tableau server is that all the views are static. Once a view is created you can't play around with different metrics to see different angles. You have to create a new view again with that new metric to see in that angle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm helping drive business by working with their marketing team to increase onboarders and to retain customers. We look for pain points and find insights to solve them.
Good program
What do you like best about the product?
I think that sales force is really helpful when it comes to selling our gyms memberships. It easy to use and has made my job way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least I like about the software is that it sometimes gets stuck but I'm curious to find out if it's actually an ethernet problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately I cant solve the issue that the gym is experiencing with the software. I am on a leave of absence and dont wouldn't know until I come back.
Very intuitive Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and Drop are very easy. The tool itself is very intuitive and with so many online resources available to use tableau that it becomes even easier to learn new features. Creation of Actions on Dashboard is very easy as well. I find it easy to use than Power BI
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such what I don't like about it. The more I am learning and exploring about it, the more I am liking it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I created many Dashboards while working as an Intern and integrated new reports with it. Now the team is more focused on creating visualization through Tableau instead of using Excel

I personally found it better than Power Bi

What do you like best about the product?
The different types of charts provided in the tableau are the most amazing features. Also, the drag-drop functionality and connections with GCP and Amazon and other cloud platforms are the most interesting and helpful features.

As such no dislikes but very curious that how salesforce is going to implement the tableau

I used it for the data visualization and creation of dashboards for my academic projects and study. Created graphical resume also along with the help of tableau.
Charts, graphs and tables galore
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that amazed me about tableau was the ability to create a wide variety of visualizations on a single platform that uniquely and creatively depict what the data depicts.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I disliked of tableau were the limited types of visualizations available, however this could have also greatly depended on the data inputted.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about tableau desktop for me is the show me option that it provides once you drag your measures into the view. It's analytics tab is also very good for forecasting etc.

Sometimes if the dataset is too large it takes some time to process the data..also when we add many filters the performance degrades

I have used tableau to generate numerous visualizations for my projects. It has helped me in data cleaning and analysing various trends in the data.
I found Tableau Desktop powerful with significant time required to understand its functionality.

Integrating data is deceptively difficult and requires more than a few simple button pushes.

Great analytics platform, even better visualiations
What do you like best about the product?
I quite like Tableau, as it has many options how I can analyse data and then how I can visualize it. Works with many data sources and has many reporting options.

It does not handle too large dataset very well, and sometimes the processing power is not the best.

Tableau was used to analyse customer behavior and consuming trends. This worked pretty well, plus the visualizations provided great insight.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool if you want amazing visualization options. It does the analytic job well, but there are other tools out there that can do the same with other better features.

What do you like best about the product?
Ranking is easy to keep track of. Easy to see contracts and edit etc.

Occasional glitches with docusign- lets other users view your working contracts

Contracts, stack rankings. Easier having everything in one place
