What do you like best about the product?
We can integrate other tool in just one application

You have to be familiar with the tool to maximize the tool

It eliminates the need for users to manage servers or hardware.

What do you like best about the product?
It provide advance features which allow users to use the application frequently , It is easy to use or user friendly and everytime it does an updates it makes the application more advance .
What do you dislike about the product?
currently as of the moment i do not see any disadvantage or anything to be dislike with Salesforce as it helps me a lot with my everyday work .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me easily locate the cases i made or case that i need to check as it was needed to my current job , It also help me creating phone calls and email to be sent with the customers ,It also help the business intelligence as they can just put updates to Salesforce about the company`s new process and announcements .
CRM is very helpful and somehow needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
This is very helpful especially when identifying numbers and scores of our associates. This is really impactful in a good way because we are able to determine real time scores.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just hope that it will not have a delay in releasing scores or scores being shown delayed because as I have mentioned this can greatly help identfying scores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This benefits everyone who wants to view scores real time. This can help us identify our opportunities and work on it real time.
Using Salesforce as a Fraud Investigator
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from my current job, I have been using Salesforce from my two prior jobs since 2017.
It serves as the tool for our job wherein we take our cases/transactions from Omni-Channel.
Also, Salesforce allows us to send emails and initiate outbound calls to customers, and also to take inbound calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
I love that Salesforce has been able to upgrade it's features from Old Salesforce to Salesforce Lightning, since it's way convenient to use and the interface itself is perfect! No bad feedbacks for Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce helps us to make our work easily. We can place our notes there and make a call at the same time on the same platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is very slow, maybe due to System Maintenance

Makes our job easy since we can check the account of the customer on the same platform and do the works there as well.

What do you like best about the product?
what I like about the crm analytics is it gives you all the detailed you needed . We use it directly to pull up an account using the link provided that has the customers information link to the crm dashboard, it has multiple features and tools that you can easily access like knowledged article that we use daily for our task, this is also the main tool we use to check updates and annoucement that is very important with our role as a fraud analyst. where we base our decision from the process which are all in the salesforce tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
what I dislike about it is that, when we click a link from the knowledge article it will promt or route you to another tab which will cause you to be logged out or disconnected to salesforce when you are logged in which causes loss hours. Another thing I dislike about it that needs to be upgraded is when receiving emails or responses from the customers, it takes a couple of minutes to appear and you need some times and needs to refresh all over again for you to be able to received it which casues customers friction especially when you are on the call with customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRm analytics tool now is more customize and flexible tool that connects various date sources that improves business operations. it has a moe accessble tools that we can use that links to different data sources that helps us with our decision making and risk operation.

Its a good tool for presenting the data to the management in the form of attarctive dashboards in board meetings

If it can be synced with Online Smartsheet as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to tableau to show case the data we had to use excels and often they get heavy in size due to the volume of data & while presenting the same at times file gets stuck which seems odd while presenting smething amoung the Managers or Board members. So Tableau helped me in resolving this issue as it is quick and it dont get stuck.
