A nice platform for data representation
What do you like best about the product?
You can customize your data graphs and charts easily. This will make it visually appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be one free version of it so it become more popular like other data analysis software.

I use this software to present my data to the stack holders of my program

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is a highly advanced data visualization tool that vastly improves meetings and client deliverables. Tableau takes the data inputted and can alter it to be different graphs and images that you can customize to make your point more clearly come across to your audience. The impact made with the visualization tools versus simply looking at a spreadsheet of data helps you emphasize whatever point you are trying to make whether it is geographical information, sales numbers, or qualitative data Tableau makes it easier to understand and look clean and professional at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau has a lot of different tools to offer and is very customizable to what you have in mind - that being said it takes time to learn and mess around with to fully understand how to customize things in the correct manner. It requires a large amount of onboarding and self teaching but in the end the product you can create is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau solves the problem of making the data you are trying to present visual. They are able to alter the settings so that the message of your data is more clear to the audience.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration and Visualization capabilities, treatment of data , connecting with data source , drag and drop analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
There is less downsides to it but its should me made free of cost for basic analysis or for testing period of 1 year. The licensing cost can be reduced

Working on client data to present real time visualization analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is one of the most functional, user-friendly platforms with a professional and concise interface. Much more capable of handling comprehensive datasets than MIS platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity can also be a disadvantage as features are very standard. Have noticed small bugs, such as words or data cut off, that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has saved an immense amount of time from previous MIS platforms as data, metrics, etc. can be available within minutes. The platform is practical, and the organizations and analytics are outstanding. User reports and sharing ability is extremely helpful.

Tableau is becoming virtually standard in any industry, providing all of the advancements and sophistication of modern-day technology.

everything has gone very well, the interface very attractive, very friendly without any kind of problem so far, the connection works perfect

So far we have not had any reason or system failure, there are no comments about this at the moment

The tool has not given more certainty of the sales cycle within the organization

Creating interactive dashboards and providing the best insights from the raw data that user have this is one of best reporting tool that I used so far.

It needs to get more default functions to be added in tableau

I appreciate the ease of the tool, it’s very user friendly and gives me the data I need to be successful during a sales call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches out and will stall, you’ll want to get the data pulled before a sales call to make sure you’re not waiting for it to load while with a client.

Top line view of accounts, shows you what brands and package specifics that are the top sellers and opportunity areas.

What do you like best about the product?
salesforce is able to generate reports specified to your business needs. E.g. pulling things into an excel format with all the custom fields - client contacts etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally everything is so customized and the system is pretty complicated that you have to speak to customer support to know how to get things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me product reports on target lists, prospects, paying customers, customer segements etc.
