What do you like best about the product?
I like that Tableau is fast and allows for data visualization without much coding. It removes friction and lets me focus on KPIs in real-time, using up-to-date data instead of old information. As for visualization, Tableau gives me a quick glance at the data, which is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience performance issues with large data pools in Tableau. It takes too long for the loader to load and for results to be shown, and sometimes I encounter overloaded data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tableau to track KPIs, which helps me make decisions and manage them effectively. It reduces friction by allowing real-time data focus and offers quick visual insights with fast, code-light visualizations.

Sometimes data not correctly optimized. It can do a better job with automatic query optimization.

Due to high cost of the license, many users are shifting to Power BI nowadays.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Tableau for getting insights from all the digital products I am working on. I like its capability of handling large amounts of data, which is really helpful. Additionally, I find the data transformation feature to be really efficient compared to other tools available in the market. Setting it up was pretty easy, and these features make it a strong choice for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options in the data transformation tab to make it easier for users. Also, the per user cost could be looked at and possibly decreased.

I use Tableau for gaining insights from digital products and checking the real-time availability of APIs and batches. It handles large data efficiently and transforms data better than other tools.

Tableau Agent is simple to use and have given fast development advantage , support team is available almost near real time

Tableau still need to fix slow loading of reports after data changed at the DB

What do you like best about the product?
I would highly appreciate most about Tableau is how simple it is to explore and make sense of my data. With help of it I can simply drag elements, experiment with various chart types, and instantly see the results, all without having to search through complicated menus or write any formulas. Tableau is fast, it's visuals are crisp, and it helps me communicate insights clearly to colleagues who may not be analytics experts. At last it really streamlines the data process and makes it much less frustrating.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustration with Tableau is that many workflows seem unnecessarily complex. Even simple or minor changes often require more steps than I would anticipate, and some settings are hidden deep within menus that are not immediately intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau solved the multiple issues and problems by allowing me to transform raw data into insights I can easily grasp. Rather than sifting through endless spreadsheets, I’m able to quickly identify trends, evaluate performance, and share dashboards with my team. And all this not only saves me a significant amount of time but helping me to make better decisions based on actual data rather than assumptions.

I dislike the latency issues in Tableau. There's noticeable delay when generating metrics due to the large volume of engagement data, especially with email engagement data.

The software has certain limitations in functionality, especially when it comes to making advanced predictions or creating complex visualizations. I also find that chart development is relatively slow, and the performance tends to lag when handling large volumes of data.
