Tableau - Top Tier Reporting and Data Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is a fantastic platform for generating customized reports and data visualization based on parameters you set.
The ability to combine multiple data sets across a number of platforms helps us deliver accurate information that is easy to understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a downside regarding Tableau. It's been an integral part of our data analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi data set joins that aren't possible natively in Salesforce Reports and more customized data visuals for our Board Meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to present my many data visualizations through use of dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit expensive, and its difficult to get my clients to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau allows me to present real-time business insights to my clients and stakeholders, through easy to use and customizable visualizations and dashboards.
Powerful tool but slow
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is great in handling huge amount of data with little effort in maintenance. It gives slicing and dicing capabilities,good visualization, ability to download and basic integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not seamless. There is significant lag in applying filters and responsiveness from overall UI. This makes tableau not the first choice when it comes to quick reference or leadership use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the ability to handle huge amount of data which is not supported by google sheets or Celonis. It also helps in increasing the coverage period say YOY data with monthly or weekly filters definitely need tableau kind of software
From Tableau novice to head of analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Tableau feels like it is alive and with you in your data journey. Because of its easy ability to ingest almost any data source, it can quickly transform any data set into something meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was worried that Tableau would be left behind due to many low code/no code visualization and data analytics tools out there today but it has evolved. It was missing some things like the data dictionary, data guides, and the pulse and AI plugins but the Tableau team worked quickly to get these in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau had allowed us to generate dashboards and visuals to multiple line of business teams in quick order. Tableaus flexibility of design gives us slick and custom dashboards for executives and individuals who want custom metrics or KPIs.
Displays reports with one click
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can formulate and download reports with one click while saving them in any format. I use Tableau on a daily basis which makes generating reports so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to change the as-of-date to formulate certain reports when it should be automatic especially if you’re subscribed to the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is gathering data that makes it easier to keep track of transactions, billing errors, duplicates, and many other indicators to make reporting much easier.

My company also uses CRM Analytics while using Tableau. I wish these two can be more connected.

Difficult to feel safe around while working with axes because they are a little complicated I think.
