What do you like best about the product?
Ease of training a large sales staff; Ease of language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited variability within screens so options are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting marketing data for board members. Provides a large volume of data over multiple states.

Through visualizations, report types, exports, and filters, Salesforce Analytics can turn any user into an analytics enthusiast!
What do you dislike about the product?
With frequent updates to the software, sometimes it feels like once you got the hang of one feature, it’s something different in the next version

Reporting across full lifecycle, a more 360° view

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easily we can read the data and what not. It's an easy to use platform too
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes there's a bit too much data to look at
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to see who our Target market is and we love to see the ease this software gives us to track the sales and get conclusions from it

It's fairly usuer friendly and easy to look at

It's a little expensive but I feel it is good value

I really like the easy at which you can see what clients need attention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce is a great product to use and navigate. Ticket creation is easy and organized.

Not particularly customizable. Exportabilty is not the greatest.

There is not anything I can pinpoint at this time that I dislike about this program.

Its very simple to use for performing basic tasks

For task involving lot of data engineering, tableau does not provide those flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and navigate. If there is a feature you're unsure of their help documentation and online community can solve it
What do you dislike about the product?
The versions are constantly updating and if you have a newer version someone on your team with an older version can't view what you've done. This creates difficulty in projects as we constantly have to check who is on which version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are have been using it for overall data analysis in various departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you understand the salesforces it's easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've seen competitors crm system and it' more clean and simpler compared to salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to navigate and keep track of targets and Average orders. This help scale of inventory sales and have a better buying decision.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into the competitors. They've really made the navigation even more simple.
