One of the most versatile tool to monitor complete Customer profile

What do you like best about the product?
While using the Salesforce CRM Analytics, a few things that I really liked are, Data visualization for better understanding of the outcomes, predictive analytics and forecasting for better forecasting of the business and sales growth which has helped me a lot to analyze the growth and predict the sales additionally its integration with external data sources is a very strong point. It's user interface is also quite user friendly which I find it to be easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things that I did find difficult with Salesforce CRM Analytics is, for new users it was a little difficult for them to use its with full potential as the documents provided was either little old or were not updated with the current changes and upgrade, another thing that I didn't like was updates and changes that were deployed sometimes disrupted the current workflow and to get things started again I have to understand new features or interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So I am using it for analytics and predictions, so it helps a lot to analyze the data and outcome of sales of specific customers and at the same time we can predict the sales that will be happening too, and in my experience the machine learning model that is being used in this tool is quite accurate with the predictions, hence it's helping us a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the leading visualization tools, which is user friendly, easy to learn with simple GUI. Provision of Mobile app helps reports review on the go. You can find answers to a lot of your questions with the help of extensive user community support. One of the best thing is ability to handle huge huge chunks of data for visualization with out breaking up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few downsides include having to refresh reports on your own, automatic scheduling is not supported. Other thing is that you can not go back to a previous version of your reports/views because versioning is not provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in making and sharing reports for executive teams much easier with its mobile app. It helps in Data preparation with its calculated metrics and modeling features which further help in performing predictive analytics. The Exploratory data analysis can be done with interactive reporting. Can handle powerful computaions and large amounts of data.

Can't work with uncleaned data. Limited visualisation capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Transformation ability and the visuals similar to a presentation view provide better storytelling ability. It's not very beginner-friendly but very good after some experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visualizations are more complicated and not beginner-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating visual dashboards and bir-eye as well as drilled-down views for different stakeholder within the company,

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to see our data clearly and accurately displayed using Tableaus system. integration within our crm to upload easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
cost, time to figure out data to upload but not much else to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
analyzing data for us internally for our software usage and to help us build sales use cases and externally to show clients on a dashboard their success and where they can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic insights,Real Time Dashboaridng, Support to connect with different type of data sources, excellent and enriched visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced Analytics capabilities- sometimes advanced manipulation needs external tools,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working on a Data Engineering project, where our final aim is to represent the insights that we fetch from our historical big data, our Tableau Dashboard is embebbed in our client portal, apart from that we are also using tableau for data preparation as well.

Tableau is a very smooth tool with real time dashbaording which help our clients to keep track of the devices they monitor.

What do you like best about the product?
What a user-friendly hub for modern business intelligence. One which when you set it up can change your business outcomes like nothing before it. A platform with fortune-changing insights that leave you dreaming. I've used it on numerous occasions and it never disappoints, always assiting me to stay ahead with data-driven decision making. Its user support has been amazing throughout. Its capacity for complimentary integration simply sensational. For me, it is the best performing analytics platform out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start of use, navigation wasn't that straightforward. The huge data sets overwhelming too. But with frequent use, that was soon under the carpet. Nowadays everything with Tableau is a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been a source of modern business intelligence and insights, hub for collaborative data visualization, modelling and sharing. Data which has consequently improved the way we go about our business, the way we make decisions that are AI Powered.

What do you like best about the product?
when i talk about the Salesforce CRM analytics is a great tool when it comes to managing the customer relationship management few points which i want to mension is that:

salesforce CRM is very user friendly and easy to use and also when i company was implementing this product in the initial basis and as we start using this software we find some shortage of features and hence we want to do cutominzation so cutomer service was also very supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talking about the dislike pary about the salesforce CRM analytics :

As we use this tool very frequently hence i am able to tell you some of the drawbacks other wise this tool is great and anyone can use this tool weather they are beginner or person who is in the field of analytics, As i am using this tool along with other it ease of integration is not so great and some time i also find the number of features are less to integrate with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are the logistics company, so we have to track alot of shipments and check the updates on them so to analyse that large amount of data. We want to anslyse that data to if any lag in the productivity or the efficiency of the delivery boys.
