What do you like best about the product?
Is perfect to organize the data and find opportunities in the bussiness, splitting the segments of the company and finding trend in the data, duplicating the "good" patterns to continue that improvement, and changing the "bad" patterns to correct that we are not doing well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection between Tableau desktop and Tableau Cloud sometimes takes too much or it simply doesn't work

Simplify the data, organizing it in a most user friendly way, that everyone with zero experience with data and numbers, could understand in the easiest possible ways the insights that the data could bring us

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and the ability to easily create report templates customized for different user groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data manipulation and ETL can sometime be harder than it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct visualization of CRM data that used to be a blind spot for us.

Tableau allows predictive modelling functions that allows insights and connections to disparate data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tableau can have unexpected performance issues. By using the performance recorder, these can be identified and data models updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is replacing Excel files and Access databases to allow users to both consume and visualize business data

Tableau has been crucial in understanding my company's progress as well as understanding our data to plan for the future. We use tableau for everything!

Sometimes it lags at every step of doing any action - "executing query"

Relatively expensive to own a license for individual

To provide data visualisation
It’s a useful and powerful product but it takes more clicks and effort than PowerBI for instance.
What do you like best about the product?
If you are using Salesforce it is seamlessly integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not userfriendly enough to build up the reporting so it visually looks attractive. It takes a lot of clicks to get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal reports were too basic, crm analytics does give the additional analytics features business users ask for.

Less user-friendly. The options are smaller in font and a tutorial would be helpful.
