Very useful app for all the data
What do you like best about the product?
The server does not lag and has accurate data containing all the required information with specific filters which can be applied easily and can be learned easily as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dashboards still need some corrections, or some incorrect filters also cannot understand a few dashboards because of their exclusivity. Other than that it is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most critical problem in a Data oriented company where data is the most important tool which rather than saving it in an excel or maintaining a pivot table this gives a lot of deep understanding on where we are standing

sometimes need to use other tools in conjunction with tableau to manipulate/shape data

The tableau has brought more automation and ease of analysis to the day-to-day.
What do you like best about the product?
The arrangement of graphs and the possibility of creating cleaner Dashboards. Besides the fact that we no longer depend on long spreadsheets, and that Tableau is lighter in processing compared to other software with the same purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Around here, we have been having some difficulty in building more segmented and personalized filters. I believe that if there were an area that allowed for the customization of filters for each need, Tableau would deliver an even more complete performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closer monitoring of metrics and allowing us to devise more targeted strategies. Before, it seemed that no matter how strategic we tried to be, we still couldn't get it right, which was due to the lack of a micro view, a view that Tableau has allowed us to have.

Features to create dashboards, pivots and charts for visualizing data and collecting meaningful insights
What do you dislike about the product?
No scope /features to automate stuff in the tool; we need to integrate with a third-party tool for automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a business reporting tool used across organizations for creating dashboards, charts...etc. For reporting purposes.
Basically it is data visualization tool which is very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly , It's interface is very good . If you are not from non it background you can also become expert in tableau for data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we compare with Microsoft power BI . Tableau got some less features as compared to power BI and also for current scenario power bi is leading BI tool in market.

Actually My position in company is data analyst , and I personally use this software for data visualization. For data visualization tableau is best business intelligence tool.

Extremely nice dashboards with real time information refresh
What do you like best about the product?
I love that data loads perfectly fine with filters and that all of my dashboards reflect the data needed based on filters. I can include/exclude criteria, which is great for the higher management to review during management meetings. My team performance and our outputs are tracked via different graphs with which we easily discuss our milestones
What do you dislike about the product?
It can work better with heavy data. In days to come, this will surely be resolved. Their website clearly shows how they're working on relations of data to improve on the speed.

It helps the organization meetings with higher management to show how teams are performing. We decide the next achievable milestones based on tracking available to us with existing data.

Quick pivots and easy to validate and connect to data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data sources on the cloud take a while to pull in updates from the source. They are not instant after running a new refresh. Takes a couple runs to pull it in.

Tableau desktop is allowing our company to gain visibility into our NetSuite and Salesforce data. This provides the company with valuable information that is easy to understand and see in order to make insightful and educational decisions.

You need to keep updating the filters, as they disappear if you go a while without using them.
