Great platform to use when you want your data simplified
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can just immediately check everything so conveniently. I appreciate the filters very much
What do you dislike about the product?
the UX could be a bit more user-friendly. also, I hope the data can be downloaded in a certain way, because it only generally gives a downloadable data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it's solving is the complication of the data especially if the data is multi-faceted. With Tableau, you can easily filter the data and filter the place you need it from. So it is easier to use and maneuver.

Tableau is an Excellent Software to Automate the Data input, Run Analysis, Create Presentations, Story builder, etc.
Tableau is good for large teams. Not for startups
What do you like best about the product?
You can do both ETL and visualization in the same tool. It helps you connect to all kinds of data sources. Gives you capability to include python scripts within the data pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
You would need to use the desktop client to do anything complex. The web tool is not that competent in visualization. The ETL pipeline can be very slow sometimes, there is no caching feature while triaging one node to another. This makes it quite inconvenient. There is no caching in workbooks as well, sometimes it takes lot of time to triage a simple report or data pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would not recommend the tableau desktop unless you have a somewhat large data analytics team. It is not convenient for one man army teams.

It offers tools like graphs that are easy to integrate data with.

The only minor dislike is that it is time consuming when downloading large sets of data.

I use it to be able to handle large amounts of data when they are intuitively represented in presentations.

Extremely time-consuming and difficult to learn. UI isn't the greatest. Salesforce connection should be a LOT better, considering Salesforce OWNS Tableau.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked about Tableau is the ease with which users can navigate the platform and visualize a wide variety of data from different sources through its intuitive dashboards, without any hassle. I like that its interface is so intuitive and that it allows importing data from different formats. Its report generator is excellent and the data representations include charts, graphs and maps, which I find extraordinary.
What do you dislike about the product?
When downloading large data sets, it should be taken into consideration that the download can take a long time, you have to be a little patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau has helped us manage large data sets in the best way because of its ease of use and great intuitiveness. It is rich in features to import, export, analyze data, and generate reports with amazing ease. The representation of data in different graphs, charts and maps is a valuable feature, making everything look much more presentable.

It is a simple yet powerful business intelligence tool. It gives users the privilege of being able to organize data and an attractive view of it through its dashboards. Its analytical capabilities are incredible as is its report generator.
