My first option Business Intelligence tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Tableu integrates with SQL DBMS, thereby providing me with the ability to launch data queries using SQL commands. Thus, adding speed to basic operations such as data filtering and selections.
On a side note, I love how Tableu makes a recovery copy in situations where the application suddenly closes. This ensures my progress is saved and I don't lose work already done.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tableu is cumbersome and not intuitive. This is especially true for anyone just starting with using Tableu. Of course , overtime one gets used to its menu options and controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableu helps me with analyzing business data in my organization. With Tableu, we are successfully extracting vital insights from the avalanche of data we generate daily, from operations across the length and breadth of my organization.
This is one great tool that help to convert text and numeric database into tabular representations
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent customer service and easy access on both desktop as well as mobile make it an excellent software; on the other hand, its low cost and easy upgrades help to keep me up to date with all the latest features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is a product from microsoft but still there is very less automation as we need to do a lot of stuff manually, To operate the software to its best we need a good knowledge of SQL that make me dependent on my IT team for some important works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableu is helping me to convert huge raw database into beautiful presentable graphs and sheets. It is really fast and provides business Intelligence report for me to assess and forecast sales and demand for my business

It is easy to use as it is a very simple user interface software. Also, it has simple drag and drop interface, It makes it very easy to learn basic functions but for advance functions you need to learn SQL, So if you learn to love new things and experiment with your knowledge, Go for It

Data analysis helped us understand the results of our efforts and what areas we need to improve on. Tableau helped us make these things possible. It is straightforward in application. The insights and results we seek were clearly visualized with its inbuilt tools and features. It really is superb. It integrates seamlessly with many data sources, allowing us extract valuable information at all times. I cosider tableau a super time saver because it gave us results in a short ime, as long as we know how to use it.

Tableau is better suited for data visualization and analysis; unfortunately, it wouldn't be my number one choice for data extraction and loading. It seems to be limited in its analysis capabilities as well.

Te data summary from extensive Excel reports which makes it easier to extract visuals for sales reporting and presentations

The menu takes some practice to maneuver and familiarize. The data extraction can be a bit slow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create visuals in Tableau. Graphs in a tool like PPT or Excel take a lot longer and don't look as good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a pretty steep learning curve--it's not the most intuitive software application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly create graphs, charts, and other visuals to help tell the story of data. This helps others with their jobs because they can more easily see trends and areas of importance in the visuals vs looking at a bunch of numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are some training videos on the Tableau training site. I recommend those and also searching the internet for things you're stuck on. A hands-on class is best for learning this app in my opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Tableau because I have the ability to track all data in real time and can filter by date/time, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like tableau because sometimes there is a lag time for when the data from our database uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use tableau to filter averages and how much money is grossed each month and to track revenue across all sales reps.
