There is a big learning curve. It is pretty complex. The online version doesn't have the same capabilities as the desktop version and some of the navigation is different between the two platforms. It was fairly easy to download the software, but not easy to connect the data to the project and set up the filters and queries.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how fast I'm able to get the data with Tableau. I like the filtering and the visualization. It's pretty fast and pretty easy to understand what you're looking at. It was very easy to get used to, pretty intuitive. I didn't have to use any training, I just got into the dashboard and played around with it, and I found it very easy. Tableau is very good at that.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better is the export process. Sometimes I have to export data to Excel or Google Sheets and work on it. The process could be made more seamless and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau gives me quick visibility into data, showing client license usage, page views, and adoption health. It's fast and easy to understand with great filtering and visualization.
