What do you like best about the product?
I find Tableau amazing for organizing data and gaining real-time insights. It removes guesswork and is very intuitive, not requiring a data scientist to extract insights. Tableau helps visualize the bigger picture and track P&L effectively. Its servicing features are instrumental in opening and closing cases efficiently. The platform’s customizability and industry-wide recognition are also significant advantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I can change anything, but it would be nice if companies could integrate Tableau into their entire workflow and not just segment it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Tableau organizes data and provides real-time insights, eliminating guesswork. It helps see our PNL and lending books clearly, is intuitive and doesn't require expertise to use effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau has made our dashboards a lot more nicer, accessible and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to get real time data from data sources other than Salesforce or Data Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau solved the big problem of not having a reliable and user friendly executive dashboard.

This combination eliminates the need for manual reporting, dramatically accelerating the time it takes to gain insights and empowering every team to make data-driven decisions in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary challenge and source of dislike for Tableau, especially when integrated with Salesforce, is the dramatically increased total cost of ownership (TCO) and the administrative complexity required to manage the tandem. Not only are the Tableau licenses premium add-ons to the already expensive Salesforce ecosystem, but maintaining a secure, high-performing integration demands specialized expertise in both Salesforce data modeling and advanced Tableau administration. This complexity often leads to friction in achieving consistent data governance, managing security controls across both platforms (like row-level security), and necessitates higher reliance on consulting resources, ultimately making the entire solution inaccessible or overly burdensome for organizations with limited budgets or technical depth.
