I found it easy to access the information I needed, and overall, I had a positive experience.

The description field is not able to be pushed over.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive way that it is able to hook up into my Salesforce instance and give me access to it simply and quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a few additional connectors for some of my 3rd party data vendors

I was building dashboards showing off the performance of our unique investment opportunities fund.

Easy to integrate data and many useful charts to represent data

The learning curve can be quite steep for some users, and at times, the amount of data available may feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing data in one location allows users to analyze valuable information more effectively.

I believe the problem is more related to our data than to Tableau itself.

This dashboard allows me to access real-time data about our users whenever I need it.

The setup process takes place outside of the native Salesforce user experience.

The table performs complex calculations and displays them within the Salesforce UI.

Great Data Interaction with TB, but Visuals Can Be Overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
TB provides a deep dive tool for user to click into a visual and if they use TBNext they can interact with data
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure that saying the tool is easy to spin up a visual but it does allow a user to use every robust feature and get lost or have a bad visual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a more robust tool that engages user to act when trends or metrics exceed norms.
