I love Tableau's ability to display data month over month in a digestible format, making data analysis intuitive for us. I appreciate the customization options which allow extensive flexibility in configuring rows and columns. The platform's extensive integrations with other solutions make it stand out.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Tableau incredibly easy to set up, which allowed me to configure different data sources with ease. Its flexibility in connecting to various data sources, as well as its powerful capability to crunch data and create insightful dashboards out of large datasets, is invaluable. Tableau helps leadership and teams track revenue and assess sales, service, and pricing with precision. The ability to create dashboards and queries daily is a testament to its robust and essential features.

I use the product for forecasting and tracking revenue, sales pipelines, and more, helping leadership and teams understand business performance effectively. Its dashboard creation feature from large datasets is extremely powerful and used daily.
Great for Data Insights, but Expensive Without Free Basic Features

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Tableau's ability to easily connect different data sources, making it significantly easier to conduct cross-sectional data analysis and create interactive dashboards. This capability saves a tremendous amount of time and resources, allowing for better analysis and enabling us to answer more questions about our data efficiently. Additionally, Tableau reduces effort and cost associated with data transformation, which is a significant benefit to our work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to change about Tableau is its pricing. I wish it were free.

The reporting is quick, setting up rules is straightforward, and downloads are noticeably faster.

Large size reports are not currently supported

Unlike many other visualization tools, Tableau offers a wide range of transformation features that truly empower us to create meaningful insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's on a separate tool, which makes it a bit difficult to send and receive data. Additionally, it appears to be somewhat expensive to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us gain a clear visualization of how our sales reps are performing, including their goals and other relevant metrics. Additionally, it allows us to visualize our predictive AI writeback values and monitor their performance trends, making it easier to identify which models may require retraining.
