The best part is that the business decisions are conveyed n a format that bridges the gap between data, technology and business. Tableau enables our clients to view insights in a way to consume ideas and take decisions to suit the underlying realities of data. Tableau is definitely helping make seamless connected decisions across the execution spectrum, from business to operations to technology.

Some visualizations can be made more intuitive to develop - giving ease of presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau makes data storytelling simple and powerful. I love how quickly I can turn complex datasets into clear, interactive dashboards that anyone can understand. The drag-and-drop interface saves time, and the visualizations look polished and professional without needing heavy coding.

Some advanced features have a learning curve, especially when setting up calculated fields or complex joins. Also, working with extremely large datasets can feel a bit slow at times.

Instead of spending hours trying to make sense of spreadsheets, I can instantly build dashboards that highlight trends, spot patterns, and track performance. Easy to use. Love how everything is intuitive.

It's not Tableau issue but have to understand the data and know what to look for to get the value out of the product. Maybe this agent thing will give you what for want without duoung the data prep work.

Easy Dashboard Building, but Tableau's Refresh Rate Needs Improvement

I like how easy it is to build dashboards and publish them to 3rd party sites

I wished the refresh rate of Tableau was more frequent

Sales team using the dashboards for their 1 on 1 with management teams
Great Data Integration, but Frustrating Salesforce Character Limits
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Tableau can pull data not just from Salesforce, but also from Snowflake, GCP, and various other API partners. It brings all this information together in a single location, making it much easier to create reports and leadership dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I've encountered is the character limitation when using Salesforce with Tableau. Tableau often fails to sync or pull data from Salesforce when it comes to long-text fields, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It not only consolidates data from multiple sources for us, but also sends that information to Insights, our internal app, which we rely on to monitor our live bandwidth usage.
