Effortless Dynamic Reports—A True Unicorn Product!
What do you like best about the product?
It’s so easy to use and to have dynamic reports and dashboards at your fingertips!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing! It it truly a unicorn product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had no idea what population of our members were donating to our Foundation. With tableau, we’ve found when a member is most likely to donate.

Reporting is awesome. It’s so easy to use.

It’s hard to find in sso and authentic in.

Easy to integrate data and many useful charts to represent data

The learning curve can be quite steep for some users, and at times, the amount of data available may feel overwhelming.

Centralizing data in one location allows users to analyze valuable information more effectively.

This is a great place for us to access data and metrics.

I believe the problem is more related to our data than to Tableau itself.

This dashboard allows me to access real-time data about our users whenever I need it.

Great Salesforce Integration, but Pricey and Less Developer-Friendly Than PowerBI

I appreciate how well it integrates with the Salesforce ecosystem.

It is quite expensive and not as straightforward to develop with as Power BI.

Generating customized reports within the Salesforce architecture is a valuable feature. It allows for tailored data analysis and supports more informed decision-making based on specific business needs.

The setup process takes place outside of the native Salesforce user experience.

The table performs complex calculations and displays them within the Salesforce UI.
Powerful Direct Database Connection, but Pricey

Connecting directly to the database, the xpqnsive functions

The cost.. it is a very expensive tool. I wish there were more tears
