I appreciate Tableau’s intuitive interface and how its pre-built integrations, particularly with Salesforce, made the setup process smooth for us. The data visualizations enhance our sales process, providing valuable insights. Additionally, I value Tableau's ease of use and its broad capabilities.

I think the setup wizard could be improved.

I really appreciate the visual charts and dashboard, and I also like how the new integration with Salesforce using Tableau Next has become much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user of Tableau, I found it fairly straightforward to implement the dashboards available in Salesforce. However, I encountered some difficulties with sizing, as the charts were not as responsive or dynamic in their dimensions compared to standard Salesforce components.

The main downside of Tableau is that it can become resource-intensive when handling very large datasets, which sometimes impacts performance. Additionally, while the interface is user-friendly, advanced calculations and data preparation often require technical knowledge or familiarity with Tableau Prep or SQL. The licensing cost can also be high for smaller organizations.

Tableau helps consolidate data from multiple sources into a single, reliable source of truth. It allows us to monitor business performance in real time, identify sales trends, and uncover operational inefficiencies through visual analytics. This has significantly improved our decision-making process, allowing faster responses to changes in the market and better alignment between teams.
