Easy to Use with Great AI, but Initial Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how Tableau can connect to multiple data sets and the ease of setting up filters. It's beneficial for leading better conversations with the sales reps, allowing easy reporting on opportunities and pipelines. The availability of resources helps in building it further, and I find it best in class compared to Power BI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it very difficult setting up Tableau initially, especially when trying to integrate external data sources. There was no easy connection between Tableau, Salesforce, and our pipeline at the time. Additionally, I do not enjoy how quickly the filters are to update. I also struggle with the ability to easily connect data sources and would prefer the ability to obtain complex data sources faster and more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tableau to enhance conversations and reporting with sales reps by easily visualizing opportunities and pipelines, facilitating effective one-on-one meetings through dashboards.
Promising Tool for Fundraising Data Visualization

We don't use it yet but I can see it's usefulness for illustrating fundraising data

Great Visuals and Insights, but Data Import and Overlap with Einstein Analytics Are Drawbacks

It helps to analyse data with the best visuals and drill down insights

You need to import all data to use it, plus Salesforce has Einstein analytics which gets confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand the future predictions and reach success by improving the pain points as per analysis of the org data
Interactive Dashboards Are Great, But Steep Learning Curve

I really enjoy using the interactive dashboards in Tableau.

There are a lot of things available to use, which took time for me to learn

We handle a large amount of customer data, which makes analysis and presenting insights to stakeholders quite challenging. Tableau has proven to be an excellent tool for creating our dashboards.

Tableau: User-Friendly and Powerful, but Data Import Issues Can Be Frustrating

Tableau is easy to use and that benefits the end user. It is also powerful for query builders.

It is difficult to resolve interface issues importing data when errors occur.

Data access and availability.
Great Data Visualization, but Interface Needs Improvement

The data visualization features are helpful, and I appreciate the ability to filter for specific parameters in my media tags.

At times, the interface can feel somewhat clunky and slow.

I appreciate the paid media channel metrics and the ability to connect the dots between different platforms. This makes it easier to understand how various channels are performing together.
Easy Data Access, but Report Creation Can Be Cumbersome

The ease of use and being able to see all of our data in one spot.

Sometimes, the creating of reports is cumbersome.

I appreciate how vizzs allows me to make data more interactive and user-friendly for my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, some of our IVR systems are not compatible with Tableau. Additionally, Microsoft Analysis Services does not function on our AWS cloud site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool offers executive-level reporting for us across multiple divisions, presenting information in a format that is straightforward and easy to understand.
