Dax functions and power queries don't work properly. Streaming services are a little difficult to customize and import to the dashboard. Dealing with geographical information and maps can be improved although Mapbox integration works perfectly. Data transformation activities on time-series data are a bit cumbersome to work on Tableau. The web client is clunky and often requires users to open in Tableau Desktop to use full range of features without bugs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ideal for the presentation of our results reports with the creation of interactive Dashboards, and creation of pivot tables.

Inability to export our results to websites without linking to the personal Tableau site. It would be a great option if they added the possibility to perform exports in HTML or customization through editing with a PHP editor.

Preparation of interactive data presentations using variables and filters.
The tableau has brought more automation and ease of analysis to the day-to-day.

The arrangement of graphs and the possibility of creating cleaner Dashboards. Besides the fact that we no longer depend on long spreadsheets, and that Tableau is lighter in processing compared to other software with the same purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Around here, we have been having some difficulty in building more segmented and personalized filters. I believe that if there were an area that allowed for the customization of filters for each need, Tableau would deliver an even more complete performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closer monitoring of metrics and allowing us to devise more targeted strategies. Before, it seemed that no matter how strategic we tried to be, we still couldn't get it right, which was due to the lack of a micro view, a view that Tableau has allowed us to have.
