At the moment, I face difficulties when trying to deploy Veeam ONE because my active directory restricts some particular rights.
In general, the solution needs to have lesser limitations.

What do you dislike about the product?
The CPU/Compute resources that may require run extreme compresion for backups and the deployment complex models with hybryd enviroments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fisical issues impaction bare metals servers with Windows Server or even Virtual Machines can be easily recovered in a great time.
A tool useful to monitor infrastructures and for backup purposes that needs to improve its deployment process

Stability-wise, I rate the solution a six out of ten.
It is difficult to deploy Veeam ONE. I think Veeam ONE is a good product to supervise and monitor infrastructure and for backup purposes.

When I create a ticket, Veeam's technical support directs me to its L2 support. I rate the technical support a four out of ten.

On a scale of one to ten, where one is being difficult, and ten is easy, I rate the setup phase an eight.
The solution is deployed on-premises.
In the upcoming month, we have plans to deploy it on Azure Cloud.

Our company receives the product at a good price from one of Veeam's integrators, so we don't need to pay the price of the solution declared to the general public.

Veeam ONE is a good product for its supervising capacity, management capabilities, and monitoring purposes.

Deduplication ratio, direct-to-tape backup unavailable, lack of technical support, NAS Synology not supported for backup purposes, tiering between on-prem and cloud repositories to maintain 3-2-1.

Lower cost, optimised daily operations, user-friendly GUI, centralised management, direct backup to S3 object, database restoration explorer, AD restoration explorer.

in the company we use The Veeam solutions to backuop Servers in virtual and physical environments, with Microsoft and Linux operating systems, and the ability to restore virtual machines in a very short time has helped us a lot

Has good compression abilities and User friendly and simple to deploy the solution in any infra. direct backup to cloud and we can do tiering for the destination to proceed with the requirement

If you have configure the SOBR the first full backup will done in the latest available extent but if you have run the multiple backup at the same time all the policy will use the latest available extent which occur the job failure due to extent storage unavailability, direct backup to tape not supported and the deduplication as compare the backup exec is low.

We can take the backup of any server very seamlessly, direct backup to S3 object; application-aware backup is available for most of the application running server as it has a browser for it.
A Stable Reporting Tool for easily Managing and Monitoring Infrastructure
What is our primary use case?
The solution is being used for licensing, for making reports and get graphs from there we can take the alerts of the process in Veeam One. The solution is used for any kind of utilization like if some machines are powered off, or some need any CPU alerts or memory alerts. So all these alerts for the issues can be received through Veeam One.
What is most valuable?
Veeam One is a centralized management and centralized reporting tool. The tool has supportive infrastructure to create specialised applications and some server application. You can add all the resources and infrastructure. You will get the reports, can easily manage and monitor any feature.
What needs improvement?
Sometimes the solution give reports that are confusing and has errors. So the integration of the full solution with the resolution of resolving the error should be added in the next release.The solution should also provide more customization, automation, better documentation.

I have been working with Veeam One for three and half years.

It is a stable solution.

It is a scalable solution. Around sixty to hundred users are using the solution at the moment.

The technical support team is fast, knowledgeable and customer -friendly.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very easy. Since Veeam One is a Software Application based solution so for the deployment one just needs to install the software in any server class. You can access it through those web browsers. There are a lot of cases where you can access the remote and also through the browser, so you can access it. No technical support is required for deployment.
What other advice do I have?
Veeam One is very famous in the market. There is no backup solution or backup for Veeam one, as the installation is easy. Almost ninety percent of the enterprises are on the installations and enrollment.
I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.

If you run a cloud or virtulized environment then VEEAM is the one solution everyone should be using it's one click restore of VMs is a real game changer it is the No1 if you've never heard of VEEAM then are you really an IT professional?!?

Nothing it really is the No1 in my opinion it's so simple to setup their is nothing to dislike the support is amazing too I have been using VEEAM solutions for over 10 years

Ransomware protection with an immutable solution is really the defacto standard to be using and VEEAM makes that really easy and again as I mentioned the one click restore from VBR still exists in the current solutions this has saved me hours of work with one click a machine is restored and ready for in production workloads in minutes not hours!!!
