Great customer service, easy app
What do you like best about the product?
The app is clean and easy to use, I like that I can lock the card easily if needed and the virtual card is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
No points or rewards for card holder, maybe there is for the business but not for the person in the business using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role is global and I'm often making purchases in other countries when traveling but also online from the US in countries such as Israel, Brazil tc. Having a business card I can use globally with no restrictions is a great benefit! I work for a finance company and need a card that is outside of our own for compliance reasons.
Best credit card for start up

Super easy to use

Sleek UI, automatically updates balance, nice physical card

No complaints! It's been great. The only thing is sometimes it categorizes things incorrectly, but not a big deal.

Love Brex! It is so simple and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to attach notes, PDFs, invoices to transactions. I also love that I am able to categorize each expense for our finance team. That being said I love the ability to organize my expenses and transactions. I wish ALL banking apps did this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more features related to organization expenses (adding more in-depth notes, placing stuff into folders, color coding).
I think there could also be a sorting feature. For example, I get a lot of charges from LinkedIn. It would be nice to sort transactions by different vendors like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc...
Would also love some sort of formal approval process for manager-employee expense requests. An integration with Slack would be even better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex for business expenses. It is great for expense reporting—the all-in-one solution. There is no need to submit receipts, memos, and notes via a different app. It all lives in Brex.
An easy way to safely manage funds
What do you like best about the product?
I like that control can be given to individual contributors and the platform enforces receipt and memo management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit management can be difficult for cash flow businesses.

Giving my managers the ability to utilize company funds in a controlled environment

Makes expense tracking easy
What do you like best about the product?
The phone app makes it so easy to immediately capture expense receipts without having to keep track of them or worry about losing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike.

Accurate expense reporting, solving the problem of users losing receipts.
Well designed user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Timely notifications, ease of adding memos and receipts, feels secure, ease of managing cards
What do you dislike about the product?
The travel portal I haven't used as much but the few times I searched for things in it it felt lacking compared to products that focus on travel. The card side set a high bar for the experience design, though.
