Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex makes sure you get the receipts and purchases tracked so you do not have issues later on. they make it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brex gives you a number of options so you have to choose the right options...they will keep checking with you until the process is completed

they are tracking my spending and make sure I only use the card for authorized purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is by far the best expense platform I have ever used. Its efficient system processes expenses almost in real time, which has completely eliminated my expense report anxiety. Brex is incredibly intuitive, and it truly feels life changing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that I can't use my credit card for travel and earn airline points. However, the benefits make this tradeoff absolutely worthwhile!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing expense reports has become so much easier with Brex. The way it has simplified the entire reporting process makes me wonder how I ever managed before. I am genuinely impressed by how much time it saves and how much less stressful the experience has become.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Brex is accepted everywhere, as I've not encountered any rejections yet, which assures me of its reliability. I like the flexibility of having both physical and virtual card options, which caters to diverse transaction needs. Brex's connection to an app allows me to manage my expenses efficiently, making the process of tracking and organizing costs much simpler. The app's notifications feature is incredibly helpful as it immediately alerts me to attach receipts or provide descriptions in accordance with company policy, ensuring compliance. Overall, Brex has proven to be the easiest and most complete corporate card solution I've ever used, which makes it highly recommendable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the scanning of receipts is currently not very effective, as it only captures a photo. If Brex could incorporate OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, it would greatly enhance the visibility and utility of scanned documents for our administration.

I use Brex to travel frequently for work without upfront funds, with instant notifications to manage expenses and attach receipts easily.
