Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You pay for Domestic Users, meaning US-based users, and International Users, meaning non-US-based users. Each unit equals one user for one month. Your total scales with how many users you have in each category. You mix and match both dimensions to match your workforce across US and international teams. There are no tiers here — you add units in whichever category applies.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit equals one user for one month. A user is any team member you provision on the platform. Brex splits these by location: Domestic Users are US-based, and International Users are non-US-based. You count each active user separately in the category that matches where they are located.
The two dimensions bill independently and add together. You pay for each US-based user under Domestic Users and each non-US-based user under International Users. Your total reflects the count in each category. Which dimension drives most of your bill depends on where your workforce is concentrated.
Cost scales with the number of active users in each category, billed monthly per user. Adding a US-based user adds a Domestic Users unit; adding a non-US-based user adds an International Users unit. There are no tiers, so each added user is charged at the same per-user rate.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Brex easy to use, which is great for handling expenses for the company. The interface is user-friendly, making it simple to upload receipts and itemize my expenses. I like the expense portion, as it streamlines the expense report process and lets me add memos for better organization. Overall, it saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
The scan quality is excellent when I upload documents. The system is very intuitive, and both the AI assistant and the live support are very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of physical checks that we can hold in our office, while the need for paper checks is extremely rare we do sometimes have to dismiss an employee and our HR system cannot pay for 4 days so having physical checks would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice payments, reimbursements, and receipt uploads for employee purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is easy to use and uploads photos and images quickly. I use the online version and the app on my phone. Both are excellent and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
On my phone sometimes it's hard to see what's pending as a total. I usually check to see if my boss has approved when I'm at my desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is simple to use and makes my life easier to get paid back.
