Effortless Expense Management, Needs Reward Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to use my phone and record expenses right away. I appreciate how I can respond to questions on charges in a quick and efficient manner. I also like that it keeps me posted and sends alerts when I need to do something. Setting it up for myself was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to gain rewards points for different charges, such as travel on airplanes, rental cars, or hotel stays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex gives me quick access to funds, makes expense claims easy, and allows efficient expense management with real-time alerts.

The email receipts feature, easy user interface, and DoorDash benefits
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to text a receipt picture when you have multiple transactions at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Brex. It's great how you can easily document expenses and add a snapshot of your receipt right away. It's easy peasy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated memo could be improved. It would be nice if Brex recognized monthly expenses and repeated the memo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easy to classify expenses across employees and document them without messy reports. I like its ease of use, especially how quickly I can document an expense and add a receipt snapshot.

Smooth Expense Management with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Brex site is easy to use and that managing company expenses is straightforward. The ability to cancel and replace a card quickly when unusual charges occur is a huge plus, especially since replacements arrive in just 3 days. I appreciate the detailed charge reports where you can attach receipts and pictures. Brex has a really good fraudulent awareness system, sending me alerts about unusual charges, and the card replacement and dispute processes are very customer supportive. The initial setup was also very easy after providing proof of company legal entity, and I'm very happy to have the card.

Nothing really. Everything is ok

Brex helps manage company expenses easily with detailed charges and receipt attachments. It has a great fraud awareness system, quickly handling unusual charges and card replacements.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Brex because it's a great brand with great customer support and team. The platform is easy to use, and setting it up was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, truly I feel like any gaps in the product are resolved by their great customer support, responsiveness, and team/brand.

Brex is our primary bank for the startup. It's easy to use and integrates with our tax vendor and other banks.

Quick, Easy Purchases with Digital Wallet Compatibility and Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use - any purchases are quick and easy with a personal card compatible with digital wallets and multiple software integrations across our tech stack. I love the automations and AI-powered updates. All of my purchases are flagged by Slack for me to check/review, and Brex does a great job of automatically categorizing them, adding a memo, and/or generating a receipt
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not personally experienced any downsides. All functions work as expected, and I've never needed to contact support or even have my own teammates fix any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone on our team has various expenses, and Brex makes it super easy for everyone to manage those rather than it all falling on one person. In addition to distribution the work and giving ownership to everyone, Brex just makes the entire process quick, easy, and a seamless part of our day-to-day operations.
Reliable and Easy for Business Travel
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the 'Tap and pay' feature. You don't need to do much, which makes it super convenient. Also, the card has just never failed to work for me, which gives it good consistency.

I use Brex mostly for business travel, booking tickets, and paying expenses. The tap-and-pay feature is convenient, and the card is consistently reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Brex is that the app is super simple. I'm able to reimburse the company if there's something I needed to pay for, and it makes it really easy for me to just pay. I also appreciate that the initial setup was super simple. They shipped me the card within normal shipping time, and it was easy to set up the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd say could be improved is the card quality. I've had two cards. I lost one, and then the second one I have now, both were really quick to rub off the numbers. But the lettering on the back of the card has fully rubbed off my name and the card number. It's kinda hard to type in the number online if you don't have the app open.

Brex makes it easy to manage expenses when traveling for work and provides visibility into company spending.
