What do you like best about the product?

This is the first time I've used Brex for expense reporting purposes. I really like how easy it is to not only use the card for expenses, but also the simplicity of tracking expenses with easy upload capability. I also like the rating feature that rewards you for complete expense tracking.

What do you dislike about the product?

I am a new user, and so far there are no issues using Brex.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brex is helping me solve quick purchases needed for my business operations as well as team related purchases.

What do you like best about the product?

Brex is intuitive an frictionless. Especially like the mobile app and the WhatsApp integration that reminds me what to do.

What do you dislike about the product?

Web platform seems harder to use then the mobile platform. Just in-terms of UI/UX, still not bad, but mobile is quicker and easier to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Can easily submit my expenses right away vs. sitting on them and doing them in bulk.

I like Brex for its ease of payments without currency conversion and having multiple payments in one place. I appreciate the easy tracking of transactions and the good customer support. The app and website are easy to use, and it's convenient how I can use Brex in multiple countries. It makes making payments and any related follow-ups straightforward, especially when traveling abroad. The initial setup was also pretty straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the dispute process inconvenient because I have to prove a vendor acted unjustly or a transaction was erroneous. It should be easier for me to reach out to customer support to settle disputes that lack a paper trail, like when multiple transactions are run on my card.

I find Brex eases payments without currency conversion, consolidates multiple payments, and simplifies tracking transactions. It's valuable for easy payments and follow-ups, especially when traveling abroad.

Apple Pay integration is really helpful. It’s especially nice during onboarding, when I need to fly out for that.

Haven’t found anything problematic yet. Seems straightforward

Solve all the issues related with business reimbursements and all the purchases I do while I am in a work travel

What do you like best about the product?

The scan quality is excellent when I upload documents. The system is very intuitive, and both the AI assistant and the live support are very good.

The lack of physical checks that we can hold in our office, while the need for paper checks is extremely rare we do sometimes have to dismiss an employee and our HR system cannot pay for 4 days so having physical checks would be helpful.

Invoice payments, reimbursements, and receipt uploads for employee purchases.

Brex is easy to use and uploads photos and images quickly. I use the online version and the app on my phone. Both are excellent and user friendly.

On my phone sometimes it's hard to see what's pending as a total. I usually check to see if my boss has approved when I'm at my desk.

The system is simple to use and makes my life easier to get paid back.

Brex has genuinely streamlined how our team handles spend. The corporate cards with built-in spend controls mean I can issue virtual cards with set limits in seconds, instead of chasing approvals over email. Receipt capture is the standout for me—snapping a photo (or auto-matching from email) and having it reconcile automatically has saved me hours every month at close. The dashboard gives real-time visibility into who's spending what, which makes budgeting far less of a guessing game. Integrations with our accounting stack (QuickBooks/NetSuite) sync cleanly, so month-end reconciliation went from a dreaded chore to nearly hands-off. Onboarding was fast and the support team actually responds quickly when we have questions. Overall it's replaced three separate tools for us and made finance feel a lot less manual.

What do you dislike about the product?

My biggest gripe is performance—the mobile app can be sluggish, and the dashboard occasionally lags when pulling larger transaction reports or filtering across longer date ranges. The AI/intelligence features feel early too: auto-categorization gets receipts wrong often enough that I still review most transactions manually, and the "insights" it surfaces are fairly generic rather than genuinely actionable. On pricing/ROI, the core card product is great, but some of the more useful capabilities are gated behind higher tiers, so the value equation gets less obvious as you scale. I'd also like more granular customization in approval workflows—right now they're a bit rigid for teams with non-standard structures. None of these are dealbreakers, but they're the areas I'd most want to see improve.

Brex solved the mess of scattered spend management for us. Before, we juggled separate tools for cards, expense reports, and receipt tracking, plus a lot of manual spreadsheet work—things slipped through the cracks and month-end close was painful. Now it's consolidated into one platform: I issue virtual and physical cards with built-in limits, employees snap receipts that auto-reconcile, and everything syncs straight into our accounting system. The biggest benefit is time—our finance close is dramatically faster and less error-prone, freeing the team to focus on actual analysis instead of data entry. It's also given us real-time visibility into spend, so we catch overspending before it becomes a problem rather than discovering it weeks later. Consolidating multiple subscriptions into one tool has been a clear cost win too. Net result: less manual work, tighter financial control, and faster, more confident decisions.

I use Brex for daily business transactions, including paying suppliers and vendors. I like how it allows us to swiftly add invoices, manage monthly payable capital and details. I also found the initial setup to be super smooth and easy, which I appreciate a lot.

I think the main area where Brex could do more is with the accounting features. It's not quite there yet, especially if you could easily integrate some kind of AI functionalities for free. That would really enhance the experience.

I find Brex super convenient. It's really easy to have it on my phone, and it makes uploading receipts and adding notes to each expense a breeze. It's incredibly organized and intuitive, which makes managing business expenses simple. Setting it up on my phone was also super easy, and overall, Brex is very user-friendly.
