What do you like best about the product?

It's tool that is very simple to use , one you log in you will clearly see what are your available balance and what's pending to be backed up like expenses that need a support or additional information for approval

I think the task options it's a bit hidden at not really easy to identify

It really makes easier to have a clear track of my budget, and really simplified the way I have to back them up and comply with all the mandatory requirements

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Brex integrates well with online purchases and Apple Pay for brick-and-mortar transactions. The process for logging in, reviewing activity, and uploading receipt copies is intuitive and efficient, making it easier to stay on top of expenses. The setup was simple for me as I just received the login and codes. Apple Pay integration was as easy as it could be. Brex met my needs as I transitioned to managing the division, addressing pain points for other leaders and their teams as well.

What do you dislike about the product?

Selecting account codes is too confusing as there are dozens of options that would never apply to our use, so selecting the proper accounting code is problematic. I do not fault BREX - as this is likely an internal set up issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Brex for purchasing team-related items like insurance licenses and travel expenses. It integrates well with online purchases and Apple Pay. The process of logging in, reviewing activity, and uploading receipts is intuitive and efficient, making expense management easier.

Transactions are completed at the moment.

There is nothing I have to complain right now.

I can buy whatever the company needs in the moment.

What do you like best about the product?

The time optimization when issuing cards. Virtual cards that can get locked, unlocked and issued in less than a minute. It makes escalations, cancellations or issues a lot quicker than other vendors.
The AI Agents are working a bit better and could help optimizing time with the auditing as well.

It is still missing some bulk updates that would make it easier to complete expenses.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brex is easy to use, it has several interfaces and ways of updating and keeping track of expenses. It also helped standardize a process almost globally, as it has operations in several countries. It's only missing Argentina from LATAM.

What do you like best about the product?

I like using Brex for solving accounting and invoicing problems. It handles our accounting and invoicing needs really well. We also use it for managing our banking details, and overall, I find its user experience satisfying both on desktop and mobile. The initial setup was quite easy and smooth; we just had to fill out a form. Additionally, I find the integration with accounting software like QuickBooks a potential advantage.

Maybe a mobile app. Could improve. But there are minor things like, I like Mercury more. In terms of mobile application.

I use Brex for accounting and invoicing. It handles our banking details smoothly, and overall, it improves our financial operations.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that employees can see their corporate card charges as they make purchases and can complete their expenses without needing to create a separate expense report. Brex Support is also usually very helpful and quick to respond, and there’s a lot of information available through the support button. The reporting tool is very useful as well; it can handle large amounts of information and is easy to filter. After using the platform for a while, the UX feels clear, and I can easily find everything I need.

What do you dislike about the product?

The Travel tool should have more approval steps to prevent things to be charged before approval. Also employees have complained that some changes may not save automatically

I love how intuitive and quick the Brex platform is. It was super easy to set up, allowing us to effortlessly issue cards for staff and manage payment limits by department. Brex made travel easier by enabling us to provide each staff member with cards and set a small budget for the trip. I appreciate that the staff could use their app and also received physical cards.

It took a few days for an external payment to process.

Brex allows us to easily issue cards for staff, set payment limits by department, and simplifies travel with budgeted cards. It's intuitive, quick, and was super easy to set up.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the simplicity of Brex. It's great that it's just an app on my phone, so I don't have to do anything complicated to keep track of expenses. It even contacts me as soon as I make a purchase, like having a secretary reminding me to track my receipts, so I don't let things slip by.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the biggest issue I have is sometimes it asks for a receipt and many times in my business, you don't get a receipt. You'll just get the package, and it might have your name on it, but it won't have the dollar amount. So and they keep sending me wanting further information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Brex to track expenses during travel, effortlessly monitoring spending of my department's money. It's like having a secretary keeping me informed instantly when purchases are made, ensuring no details slip by.
