What do you like best about the product?

I love the ability to easily upload receipts and all info is automatically pulled from the image. This makes reimbursement very easy.

Nothing much to add—this application is extremely easy to use.

It makes getting reimbursed from the company quick and easy to do; saving a lot of time at home.

What I like best about Brex is how much faster and easier it makes the entire expense management process. >

UI / UX: The user interface is exceptionally clean, modern, and intuitive. As a manager who regularly has to review and approve my team's expenses, the UI makes navigating approvals incredibly seamless and painless.

Performance & AI / Intelligence: The software's performance is fast and highly responsive, which allows me to log and complete expenses instantly on the go. Thanks to its smart automation and intelligence, the platform handles data entry on the fly. I no longer have to sit down for a dreaded, time-consuming end-of-the-month review.

Integrations & Support / Onboarding: Getting the team onboarded was straightforward, and the system integrates beautifully with our existing workflows. Receipts and data sync effortlessly without manual lag, meaning the software does exactly what it's supposed to do—save us time.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't have any major complaints. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, which is saving me from doing massive end-of-the-month expense reports. Any minor issues I've had are usually just down to standard learning curves for new team members.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

How it benefits me: It gives me my time back. By automating the more tedious parts of expense management, I’m able to focus on managing my team and getting my actual work done, instead of spending time on administrative paperwork.

Super easy to submit expenses, easy to keep track of your budget. And love the notifications

I love having the virtual card in the app so I can log in and add it as a payment method for different work transactions. I also love how easy it is to categorize and add detail to each transaction.

Having access to funds while traveling for work.

What do you like best about the product?

I love how quickly they're able to ship the card to me. I also like how fast they are with making sure that I'm able to submit my receipts, so that my company can verify the charges made on the Brex card. I definitely enjoy how they notify me when it's necessary for me to submit a receipt because I need notifications. The initial setup was pretty smooth. They provided an email with clear and concise instructions, which helped me go through the process quickly and smoothly.

Brex solves the problem of charging my company's card without using my personal card, providing seamless transactions.

It’s user-friendly and doesn’t require too many steps. I like that it’s easy to use and straightforward.

I get a company card that has an imposed limit. Its perfect for our use case.

What do you like best about the product?

Brex is a great tool for managing expenses across different accounts. It’s very easy to use, and the mobile app is especially user-friendly. My favorite feature is the text function: it sends me a text notification after each transaction, and I can reply with a memo that gets added to the charge. I used to handle my expenses at the end of the month, and by then it was hard to remember what each charge was for, so this makes staying on top of everything much easier.

There is nothing I dislike so far. I've had a good experience using Brex.

Brex allows all the employees to have company cards with different accounts for different purposes.

Brex is very intuitive and easy to use, and their mobile app is awesome. Whenever my company needs to assign me a budget for expenses, everything works pretty seamlessly with Brex.

I have never experienced any issues while using Brex.

Brex makes it easier for my company to assign budget for expenses for various activities (work trips expenses, learning budget, etc).

What do you like best about the product?

I love that Brex is a fantastic platform for all of my business needs, like paying vendors and managing receivables. It makes transactions very easy, solving the problem of not having seamless transactions. I save probably ten hours a week using Brex, which is incredible. The customer service is also great; interacting with them is easy, and they are very responsive. Their turnaround times are fantastic. Setting up Brex was easy peasy with no issues, and everything was seamless.

I cannot think of a single dislike!

Brex makes transactions very easy, solving the problem of not having seamless transactions. It also simplifies bill payment, saving me probably ten hours a week.
