What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been really helpful. The app is easy to use, and I like not having to remember receipts or submit expenses manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I dislike about Brex as a front facing user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to submit work expenses. Having my own card has been really helpful, because I don’t have to spend my own money on work trips.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Brex. I like the interface and how we have debit cards tied to the account, which helps a lot for physical purchases. The auto online notifications are set up so every time an employee makes a purchase, we're able to see it and track it. Overall, I really enjoy the service. It's also been really user-friendly, and the online portal is good for managing everything. Customer service has been excellent, and I generally enjoy the service a lot. Switching from a traditional bank to Brex has been a positive experience for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that can be improved is having an easier way to do same day transactions. It sometimes takes a delay, a day or 24 hours, to get money from one account to another. It would be better if it was more instantaneous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex solves our issue of unclear expenditures by allowing us to categorize expenses upfront, thus improving clarity and management. We can track every purchase made by employees in real-time, reducing guesswork and streamlining our financial operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how Brex is super easy to use and how I can upload receipts effortlessly. It's usually really fast, and I never have issues with it. Downloading everything out of it is super easy as well. The initial setup was also super easy for me. I wouldn't change a thing about it.

Brex lets me use my company card instead of my own, making reimbursements easy. It's super easy to use, upload receipts, and downloading everything is a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
The website and app are easy to use. Automations are available to streamline processes and save time around the organization. The rewards are nice as well. Overall, solid app.

It can take a little while to see the system learn automations and auto fill type of stuff. But overall, no major complaints.

Speed of expense management across the org. We can then reallocate time across growth driving tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Brex for my job expenses and find it really convenient, especially since I can just tap into the app on my phone and do my expense reports easily. It's easy for me to make expense reports and handle memos and things like that for my job. I also appreciate that the Brex card works with my Apple Wallet, which makes paying for things like garage fees seamless, and then I can just fill out the expense report with Brex. Setting up Brex was very easy too; they provided step-by-step guidance and it was simple to use.

I also value the ability to seamlessly pay international vendors through transfers and make payments internationally with the cards. The active customer service is great, as they are always available to assist, enhancing my experience. The initial setup was seamless, which made it easy to get started. Overall, Brex has fulfilled my needs.

There are a few countries I'm unable to send money to from Brex and have to find other means. I'd like Brex to increase its country coverage
