Modern, Professional Banking with Powerful Features
What do you like best about the product?
We are a big fan of the modern interface and features, their vault interest accounts, sophisticated invoice creation, and overall just an incredibly modern and professional banking experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some learning to figure out where everything lives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional, no fees, love the interest-investing accounts, and tons of modern features of which I've only barely begun using.
Organizes Expenses Well, but Low Recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Brex allows me to input expenses easily with its app. It organizes things neatly, which makes it easy to organize for our company. I appreciate the ability to take screenshots and receipt uploads in real time. The initial setup was pretty easy as well, which is a plus.

I use Brex to keep track of expenses. It organizes things neatly, allowing for easy organization and inputting of expenses in real-time with screenshots and receipts.
Painless, Confidence-Building Brex Implementation with Great Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation was painless yet felt complete. The team at Brex really kept everything on track and explained each part of the process so that we could customize it to our needs. We had weekly meetings and after the process I felt very confident about the set-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only knock is that they don't have VIP cards for our C Suite staff. They only have the fancy titanium cards for admins. The traditional bank that we previously partnered with had a separate program for our VIP staff members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made our corporate card process so much simpler to manage and simpler for staff to use! The staff do not have to rely upon admins for quick fixes, like locking the card or requesting an increase. There are many self sufficient options. Plus, I feel like the reporting data is robust and fulfills our accounting team's needs.
Receipt Capture and Coding Right From Your Phone
What do you like best about the product?
So easy that you can photo the receipt right from your phone and put in the company general ledger code in without the wait
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. We don’t have to worry about forgetting to do it anymore. Most of my coworkers weren’t doing it before Brex, so this has made it much easier to stay on top of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To make the employees that carries the Brex card to help acct department to send it faster
Effortless and Quick Reimbursements with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Brex is quick and easy to use. I can just take a picture with my phone and submit the request, filling in a few fields like restaurants or marketing, and then get my reimbursement. It's been really easy. I also appreciate that I don't have to download or email anything. I just take a picture and it's done with fewer clicks and steps, making the whole process hassle-free. I haven't had any problems so far, even after submitting about 10 to 15 receipts, and it's been awesome.

I use Brex to submit reimbursements easily. It's quick and lets me photograph receipts with my phone. I fill in some details, and my company reimburses me without hassle. It's less clicks and steps compared to other complicated apps.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of Brex. It makes it easy to manage expenses without the hassle of going back to submit copies of expenses. I find the feature of being able to capture the expense directly on the app immediately after a purchase very helpful. The initial setup of Brex was also very easy, which was a relief.

Quick, Easy Automatic Receipt Generator
What do you like best about the product?
Love the automatic recepit generator. It is quick and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I don't have a receipt it would be helpful to have an option to record "missing receipt" and add a comment to it.

Business related payments inland and abroad. Financing team building events and bookings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to stay on top of and submit expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I am limited as a Canadian user- there is certain functionality that doesn't work for Canadians. Such as repaying an expense right in the app.
