What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to navigate the app, along with its ability to remember my previous inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not happy with how long it takes to receive reimbursements through Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The credit card is easy to use and helps me manage a variety of day-to-day needs for the company I work for.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI, detailed tracking, and instant approval
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I could think of. The app seems to fit all of my uses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing expenses and tracking my spending. Instantly getting the expenses approved helped the cash flow both from my perspective as well as my organisation's perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use. It’s intuitive. It allows us to manage the spend of over 100 employees smoothly. I also like that the software is evolving as our needs evolve. This keeps us on the cutting edge of spending technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have any issues with the Brex software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes submitting credit card receipts and employee reimbursements easy. The software is intuitive. I was able to link my personal bank account information, and now the reimbursements happen quickly via ACH.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is extremely easy to use, with an intuitive user interface that makes navigation simple. Integration with Apple Pay works seamlessly, and the onboarding process stands out as one of the best I have experienced. I found it straightforward to explore and access all the available features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm always on the Brex Mobile app. At times, I look for a report that would give me the spending totals for a week/month. Which doesn't seem to be available on the app. But I'm sure they're working on something already
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on Brex for all my corporate travel expenses, and it has made the payment process incredibly fast—I've never needed more than a minute to pay for anything. The integration features are also outstanding and work seamlessly.

Excellent experience as we scale up

What do you like best about the product?
Brex has been awesome from the day we started using it - we got the account setup and going literally overnight. We use it daily and the user experience is outstanding and allows me to accomplish 99% of tasks without needing to contact the customer support team. On the few occasions when I needed to update information, such as KYC details, the process with customer support was very quick and I managed to do everything without a single phone call.

Features like good QB Online integration and the ability to create cards instantly are especially helpful as we slowly scale. As a scrappy startup with very limited resources, the seamlessness of Brex has been extremely valuable for us. I should also mention that we handle both inbound and outbound international payments, and Brex has been outstanding in this area compared to other major bank accounts. I truly cannot emphasize this enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really a dislike, as I don't have any major complaints, but I do see a significant shortcoming that seems common to almost every business bank account. Since we conduct many transactions in euros, the inability to hold funds in a currency other than US dollars is a real problem, especially as the value of the USD declines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Managing corporate expenses - its easy to get an overall picture of our finances daily.
2. Managing team members - its quick to issue both general and specific expense cards and track them daily. The automatic limit adjustments help a lot here.
3. Managing international payments - Brex is literally the best bank transfer system I have used in any US bank. Its easy and incredibly efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and keep track of, makes business travel and expenses so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only dislike is connecting email forwarding for receipts is rather tricky, despite easy instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipts don't have to be brought home and handed over to accounting anymore. Everything is tracked directly in the app, including the budget for the event.

Makes Expense Reports Painless

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it makes things as a user. The automation as charges are made help move things along much faster than other systems where I have to make sure I have uploaded everything. With Brex, I get a text notification when charges happen, and then it does most of the heavy lifting for pulling in the needing information about the vendor. I am not someone who has to do a ton of expense reports but I have in the past and would've loved this. The process on the other side as an approver is already really streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing. It has been the easiest system to onboard with and I haven't had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply ensuring we are getting our expenses in on time, with the correct information so its not a nightmare for our accounting team. But it also makes it easier to get a glimpse into what you are spending on your company card and manage yourself better.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is really easy to use and just works the way you’d want it to. The app is clear and straightforward, and I’ve found their customer support to be excellent – quick replies, helpful answers whenever I’ve needed them, and they go above and beyond to find creative solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they also offered a GBP account.

Easy onboarding and easy to work with

What do you like best about the product?
A great easy to use solution for a business to issue virtual and real credit cards, control the limits and allocate funds to cards as needed. Integrates smoothly with account software and makes the handling of expenses must faster and easier, pushing the responsibility of uploading receipts to the card holder instead of accounting.
Implementation super smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Run into problems when setting limits on spending categories for the cards. Most of the purchases came through under a different category and were denied. e.g. I issued a card to purchase Digital Marketing assets but the vendor categorized them as Subscription so the purchase didn't go through. I had the same experience on multiple occasions and eventually gave up on setting spending categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each employees who has to purchase something for the business has their own card and is responsible for uploading receipts. Before they needed to come to me to execute on a purchase or I needed to share my credit card details with them.
