Effortless Expense Management with Brex
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Brex is that the app is super simple. I'm able to reimburse the company if there's something I needed to pay for, and it makes it really easy for me to just pay. I also appreciate that the initial setup was super simple. They shipped me the card within normal shipping time, and it was easy to set up the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd say could be improved is the card quality. I've had two cards. I lost one, and then the second one I have now, both were really quick to rub off the numbers. But the lettering on the back of the card has fully rubbed off my name and the card number. It's kinda hard to type in the number online if you don't have the app open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easy to manage expenses when traveling for work and provides visibility into company spending.
Effortless Budget Management with Modern UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Brex for work as a Senior Graphic Designer, and it truly streamlines the process of managing my work budget. I love the modern user interface, which includes features that normal bank apps often miss. It's also compatible with Apple, making it easy for me to connect with my iPhone and Apple Pay, so I can quickly access important information like balance, statements, and card info. The initial setup was lightning fast, and I could instantly use my Brex digital card. I also think the app is great, although it would be nice to have a simple switch to toggle between light and dark mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the app but I think it would be nice to toggle light and dark mode with a simple switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex streamlines my work budget management, features a modern user interface that regular banking apps lack, and integrates easily with my phone, simplifying access to balance and card info.
Great, Easy-to-Navigate Website and Mobile App
What do you like best about the product?
It great easy to navigate website and phone app.
What do you dislike about the product?
My external accounts information do not update in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small business can be very hard to get off the ground if you do not have the financial backing upfront. This is a great way for me to offload my expenses and build credit at the same time.
User-Friendly with Great Perks, but Setup Can Be Tricky
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Brex is user friendly. The perks and the benefits that come with using Brex have just been amazing. It makes it easier to handle accounts receivable and finance processes by allowing me to upload receipts and get the information to the ones who need it. Once I was set up, it became easier to use and more beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes uploading receipts and figuring out what the card was used for can be confusing. It can be a barrier when trying to get the definitions or explanation of what the card was used for. Also, initially, it was not easy for me to set up Brex, and I needed help from finance. It was a little difficult and confusing with the questions it asked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brex to upload receipts easily and share them with our finance team. It's user-friendly and makes tracking expenses simpler.

I like Brex because of its fast processing, which makes my work more efficient. Submitting receipts is easy and hassle-free. Everything works pretty well, and the initial setup was easy and clear.

Incredibly easy to use, I love how you can text memos for expenses and easily upload receipts.

Step Backward
What do you like best about the product?
Step backward. I don't have a card. I am just turning in my expenses that I paid for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very kludgee. hard to use. Example - in other platforms, you can daisy chain mileage on trips in a single day. as sales reps...this is what we do. We meet a client for breakfast, then take bagels to another client....meet another client for lunch....then coffee with another client....the drinks and dinner with another. Each one of these mileage entries is a separate painful entry. Other platforms help you organize your expenses around trips that you have taken. Brex feels like a series of one-offs and I have hard time auditing expenses, making sure I captured everything from a trip

None. Brex was a step backwards for me and takes time out of my day

Brex lets me use different budgets and expense categories (home office, lunch, professional development) without having to put anything on my personal card. I just submit a note and the receipts, and that’s already integrated into the Brex app. The entire process feels straightforward. It’s also dead simple to set up with Google Wallet which is especially helpful when I’m traveling. Having a back-up physical card is also clutch!

Internal docs provide more details around coverage but would be helpful to have a 1:1 mapping in the Brex UI. I suspect this is organization dependent.

A separate virtual card for each budget :)
Effortless Corporate Card Setup with Instant Access
What do you like best about the product?
I found the process of signing up for a Brex credit card very easy, which was impressive. I appreciate that before even receiving the physical card, I could add my Brex card to my Apple wallet and start using it immediately for purchases. The mobile app feature of adding Brex to my Apple wallet is something I really like. It was convenient to have the flexibility to make transactions without waiting for the physical card.

No problems so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes setting up a corporate credit card easy and quick, allowing me to use the card immediately for purchases by adding it to my Apple wallet, even before receiving the physical card.
Effortless Financial Management for Our Agency
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Brex is user-friendly, and the fact that I can create different accounts very easily. It's very convenient for transferring funds and ensuring taxes are reserved in specific accounts. I also appreciate being able to create a personal account for personal expenses. The setup was very simple and user-friendly. I just followed the prompts, got all my accounts synced, and created the credit cards I needed. The virtual cards were created easily, and the process for getting physical cards was straightforward too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it's an online bank so I don't have the option to make cash deposits but that's understandable

I use Brex to easily create virtual cards for employees and vendors, defining budgets for those cards to manage expenditures effectively.
