What do you like best about the product?

I use Brex for banking and invoicing for my services company and my previous startup. I appreciate Brex's superior decision processes and customer service compared to large banks. Their online and app interfaces are significantly better than traditional larger banks. I really like their fee structure, with no fees for payments to international vendors, no ACH fees, and virtual numbers for credit cards, which is great for startups and smaller businesses. They have also expanded their online and account functionality over time, which helps me consolidate functions in one place. The no-fee structure for common startup activities like paying vendors and receiving payments is valuable. I find it easy to manage the banking account, add team members with limited permissions on spending cards, and use the invoicing capability. The Treasury account offers competitive rates on cash. The app and online interface are well-designed and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like to see Brex's invoicing capabilities expanded with automatic updates when invoices are paid. It's a bit of a hassle having to use Zaps for integration with payment processors; having this feature built-in would make enabling client payments through credit card, debit card, ACH, PayPal or other providers directly from my Brex interface much smoother. Also, the mobile app could be improved for usability as I find the entry experience non-intuitive, defaulting to showing transactions instead of accounts and balances, which requires me to navigate each time just to check my balances. I also think having a simple "subaccount" feature would be great for maintaining different accounts or views for different clients and vendors. Integrations with payment processors and platforms like Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, etc., are also limited and expanding these would facilitate client payments, providing them more options to pay invoices.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brex's no-fee structure on payments and ease of managing accounts makes it perfect for startups. It consolidates banking, invoicing, and team spending in one place with a great app and interface. I appreciate the additional online functionality and competitive treasury rates.

What do you like best about the product?

Brex is the BEST expense management tool I’ve ever used in my career.

What do you dislike about the product?

I can't find anything to dislike, the tools are SO easy that I complete my expense report as I travel at each element of the trip. Awesome tool!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

NO wasted time or document tracking! Fly, stay, dine and upload documents as you go......that's it, nothing to do post trip.

I enjoy how easy the platform is on the phone and computer. Scanning in receipts and comments upload fast.

I haven’t seen any bad reviews so far, and for me it’s been a new and better experience.

It keeps track of everything and makes it easy for me to upload receipts, which helps keep the team accountable.

Makes getting expense reports submitted super easy

What do you like best about the product?

I find Brex to be a great service due to its very easy-to-use software. It's incredibly easy to make wire transfers and receive incoming wires from our customers. The platform is very efficient, too. I really appreciate their amazing service and excellent customer support. We never had any problems with outgoing or incoming wires. Brex is much easier and better to navigate than our previous bank, making the switch a positive experience.

I find Brex very easy to use for wire transfers, solving our problems with payments efficiently. The service is amazing, with great customer support and much easier navigation compared to using other banks.

I find Brex very easy to use and efficient, which really saves me money. I like that it tries to help me avoid fees instead of charging me more. The great integrations, especially with QuickBooks, make things simple and valuable for me. The initial setup was simple, which was a big plus.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate how Brex works really smoothly and integrates well with other services, making my life easier. It's pretty smart about giving read permissions to others, which saves me from the hassle of exporting statements. After dealing with challenges from other banks, it's a relief that Brex allows effortless management of our accounts without downloading reports constantly. Additionally, Brex is smart about security and effectively free for us, which is very nice. The integration with other services is seamless, allowing external services to access necessary data easily. I never have to manually intervene for accounting processes, and Brex handles employee reimbursements and payment cards smoothly. The comprehensive suite and high level of access Brex provides impressed me. Its setup was fairly easy, and the know your customer onboarding was understandable. By using Brex, we can focus more on business development and technical work rather than dealing with financial logistics.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think as a banking service, Brex is really very good, but it only does banking and payments. There's a limited universe of ancillary services. There are some other more integrated services that also handle e.g. payroll and taxes, which Brex doesn't do. However, I'm not necessarily missing those because I prefer having an accounting service that I have a clear understanding with, and Brex makes it easy to use those outside services.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brex streamlines our bill payment and invoice processing, reducing manual entry and offering a smooth interface for approvals. It helps manage our treasury by enhancing FDIC insurance with a virtual account, lowering anxiety over bank failures, and simplifies integrations with services like our accounting and HR tools.

What do you like best about the product?

The receipt can often find its way into my Brex account without me having to search or upload.

Nothing. I have not experienced any challenges. Much more than any other I've experienced in the past.

It’s extremely user-friendly, and I love that anytime I use it, they text me right away to submit my memos—everything is right there on the spot. It’s super efficient.

I haven’t found a downside yet. I’m only a week in, but so far everything has been great!

It’s so much easier than sending in just receipts and having to remember everything. I don’t have to think about it—it does all the hard work for me.

The mobile app makes uploading receipts VERY EASY! I'm an employee at a company that facilitates Brex for us. From that standpoint, using Brex is nearly effortless.

I haven't came across any downsides to using Brex. It is straight-forward and intuitive.

Brex makes it to where I'm not tied to my computer or laptop to enter in copious amounts of information.
