Very Bad Experience, Company was caught lying
What do you like best about the product?
At first it was easy to sign up and all seemed good.
What do you dislike about the product?
They dynamically change your credit limit without notice and withdraw funds from your account and then fail payments. The limit changes daily and they say it is the algorithm, but it has to be terribly flawed to have such massive fluctuations. The unauthorized withdrawals done without notice make it hard to manage cash flow, defeating the purpose of a NET 30 card. You can be fine one day, then your limit is cut by 80% and they reject your recurring payments and then raise it 25% 2 days later after you switched all your payments. Just very unreliable and customer service gives you a different story every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had planned on using it instead of getting an AmEx to put all our monthly recurring payments on and then just make a single payment to Brex once a month. Needless to say it did not work out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would pass, consider a more established credit card like AmEx. Hopefully they will figure out how to run a company.

Brex is fairly easy to use but can work on integration feature for QB

It was simple and fast to get started. I got what I needed right away.

Nothing comes to mind. So far the experience has been great.

We needed a way to have employees spend in a way that we could manage, and also reduce the burden of expense reimbursement on employees.

They have a great approach to simplifying the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of bonuses that come with a Brex card is amazing! The moment we signed up for this card, we immediately got an AWS credit and we also started earning points right away! A few weeks after we set up an account we were also offered setting up a Cash account and that one is super convenient as well! They offer free wire transfers (including free international wire transfers!!!!!) which is just amazing for small businesses that are concerned about their cash flow and try to minimize unnecessary costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I just wish I could get a personal Brex account for myself and a lot of my co-workers think the same way!

Brex is an awesome solution to manage cash flow. It definitely saves a lot of money and offers lots of awesome perks! I am so happy we signed up for a Brex account and highly recommend it to all the startups.

Don't think about it for too long, just sign up for an account and start using it! We have been using Brex for several months and our only concern is that we didn't sign up for it long ago! Brex definitely saves a lot of money and offers lots of awesome perks that are super convenient, especially for startups! I am so happy we signed up for a Brex account and highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!!!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of the team's cards. On our company, has allowed us to easily transfer money and use it for the several services that we use on a monthly basis. It's very easy to access, use, and manage.
Brex Works on So Many Dimensions!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to QUICKLY drop in receipts, write a memo, select charge code and dept, and be done. Love the ability to photo the receipt after a live transaction and be done! Improved receipt submission keeps our accountants very happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date, every time I have voiced a "could you....", Brex has either immediately met our request via back office support or modified their app to provide the service we were looking for. Very responsive customer service and tech support -- so not much to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of receipts from corp CC holders now much less of an issue. Can quickly look online to see who is behind and who has been playing nice. Allows us to nudge staff quickly, before they lose the receipt or make it more difficult for them to retrieve it.

Google payments, Facebook ads, server. We are an offshore company, it's been super easy the set up.

expense control and an easy load of money to the card, most important it gives the option to add and delete card which I like the most

Great service, very simple to set up.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up as a new user. I also had a stellar interaction with customer support when I had an issue that needed solved with a card mailing address.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike about Brex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internally we are getting to implement a process to use Brex more for expense categorization so we can get more granular with our internal reporting. This way our Bookkeepers can keep a streamlined chart of accounts in our accounting software, and we will have a different view of our expenses.
