What do you like best about the product?
working as a team to integrate with EHRs
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a period of bad communication and not getting back to us in a timely manner. we received a new rep and it's been much better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EHR integration and bi-directional communication. Benefit is that the Redox team picks up many tasks we are unable to commit man hours to. They feel like part of our team

What do you like best about the product?
Redox is a great partner to work with. All team members that I have came across have been extremely helpful and timely in their responses. Their partnership has helped us sign on several net new partners which increases our annual revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across a downside or dislike around Redox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Redox is helping us solve HL7 transmissions. Our company currently does not have HL7 capabilities and Redox has been able to provide this for us.
