Redox is available to be deployed in the United States and Canada and is licensed annually, including base platform fee, and cost per transaction. Transactions are priced based on the expected total message volume and the complexity of transformation to JSON/FHIR. Discounts are available for early-stage digital health companies.

If you're looking for a partner to help with integrations I would not recommend Redox. I did request to speak with the management team and still no response as of it.
