What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Maps helps me understand where everything is located and allows me to get to each area seamlessly. I enjoy the interactive features, which enhance usability and engagement during events like Dreamforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Salesforce Maps could improve in offering a better understanding of where the vendors are located, especially in larger scaled rooms, such as those in Moscone North.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Maps to seamlessly navigate and understand the layout of Dreamforce, ensuring I can easily reach various areas.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its scalability, AI insights, and strong reputation, which made it stand out to us. The setup was straightforward, making it easy to get started. I love the centralized lead capture and automated lead assignment, which have unified our lead management process. The features such as email to lead, web form to lead, and text messages to lead make the experience seamless. Additionally, using Salesforce with DocuSign for contract and signature management has been beneficial. The territory management and mapping features are valuable for maintaining cohesive sales team assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of building dashboards to be cumbersome and difficult. Especially in the context of forecasting, this makes it challenging to effectively coach sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to eliminate lead tracking issues, creating a centralized system for leads, automating assignments, and notifications, which boosts sales efficiency.

Powerful Sales Pipeline Visibility, but Complex Customization in Salesforce Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it gives our teams complete visibility of the sales pipeline in real time. We can easily track opportunities, automate follow-ups, and forecast more accurately. The integration with Marketing Cloud also helps us connect leads to personalized journeys, improving both efficiency and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is extremely powerful, but its flexibility also makes it complex. Customization and automation setup often require technical expertise, so small adjustments can take longer than expected. However, once properly configured, it performs very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped us organize and centralize our entire sales process. Before, we managed leads and opportunities across multiple spreadsheets and emails, which made tracking and reporting difficult.
Now, with Sales Cloud, we have real-time visibility of every opportunity, automated follow-ups, and more accurate forecasting. This has improved collaboration between teams, reduced response times, and given leadership a clearer understanding of pipeline health and performance.

Easy out of the box functionality that can be set up quickly to start selling with the ability to completely customize solutions

List view columns are not drag and drop.

I really appreciate all the features of Salesforce Sales Cloud, which I consider the best CRM in the world. It has helped our sales teams to be more efficient, assertive, and to close more deals. I also value the predictive intelligence of Einstein, which I find extremely useful.
