    What do you like best about the product?
    The clean interface and efficient logging of activity along with the seamless integration with Salesloft.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There is no dark mode. I mean, in terms of the theme. The white at an extended period of time is stressful on the eyes
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    A central database and a best source of truth for my organisation. If its not on Salesforce, it didnt happen!

    The color blue lol, I don't know, it seems very basic to me, otherwise everything's fine.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Salesforce sales cloud is a highly used by sales organization to handle their vast amount of sales data handling and analyzing past years data from use of salesforce reports and dashboard by default feature of salesforce sales cloud.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sales cloud additional features use need to buy licenses and they are quite costlier.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Salesforce sales cloud is highly scalable for big amount of data to analyze and making some past year sales data reports on it. Also we can customize their standard object page layout and we can make custom object too with organization requirements.

    It's super easy to track leads, mange opportunities and get a clear view of sales pipelines, all in one place.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    it can feel a bit complex at a first and some features take time to learn or customize properly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    it helps me to stay organized by keeping all customer data, interaction , and sales activities in one place. This makes it easier to close deals faster and focus on the right deals.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the Salesforce is easy to use and I can take care of all of my customers needs on salesforce. I use salesforce all day everyday and do not have to worry about it crashing. It partners with SAP very well.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish there were more options to collaborate with team members.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I am able to communicate with my customers at anytime and it tracks daily emails.
