    What do you like best about the product?
    Salesforce has significantly improved how our support team handles customer questions and service requests. The platform makes it easy to track tickets, manage customer interactions, and keep a complete communication history all in one place, which helps us stay organized and respond more consistently.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The biggest drawback is the learning curve. As a new user, the interface can feel complex, and some workflows take multiple steps just to complete simple tasks. The customization options are powerful, but they can be hard to use effectively without proper training or reliable technical support.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The breadth of features is impressive. Pipeline management, reporting, and integrations all in one place. It also has a huge ecosystem of apps and a large community, so finding help or add-ons is rarely a problem.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The learning curve is steep and the interface can feel cluttered. It also gets expensive quickly once you start adding users or features, and some basic things require way more clicks than they should.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It keeps all customer and deal information centralized, so the sales team isn't chasing updates across emails and spreadsheets. The pipeline visibility helps prioritize where to focus, which saves time and reduces deals slipping through the cracks.
