    Loaded with functionality for my sales team to track and manage deals collaboratively across organization.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Overwhelming amount of functionality and modules can sometimes create inefficiency if dashboard is not setup with most frequently used modules.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Tracking and management of prospects and deals, along with reporting, allow our organization to run efficiently, with line-of-site into all aspects of sales/customer interactions.

    it keeps all client and case information in one place. it is easier to track interactions, manage tasks, and stay organized while working with different clients.

    sometimes feel complex, especially when navigating different features or entering detailed information.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    managing and organizing client information and tasks in one system. This benefits me by making it easier to track cases, follow up with clients, and keep accurate records of services provided.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Ease of use, and the ability to work cross-platform between mobile and cloud.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It would be great if there were an option to add APIs, even if it came at an additional cost for the entry-level platforms. That would make it much easier to import data from third parties.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It allows me to track clients and identify potential new ones who would be interested in our services. It also lets me work seamlessly from the initial enquiry through to delivery.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I think the fact that Salesforce Sales Cloud is very intuitive is great because you don't need a lot of training to understand it. It's very easy to update and track information. I really value the feature for creating opportunities since it helps with keeping records of sales data. I also like that it connects to Outlook, allowing me to track email threads and know the history for upcoming renewals.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think there's a lot of information and a lot of back end that is not that useful. Additionally, sometimes there are windows that need updating, so there's one time a month where you cannot input anything onto Salesforce because it won't be captured.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to keep track of opened sales opportunities and update their status, streamlining reporting and tracking sales data all in one platform.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Salesforce is easy to use, and the customization available for new fields allows my organization to track, filter, and report on exactly what is important to us. It also integrates seamlessly with the other software in our tech stack.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Given the large amount of data and customization, load times can be a little slow.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Salesforce has all the information, gathered from everyone who interacts with customers, all in one place. I can also find historical information, contact information, and anything else I need to manage my relationships with leads/customers.
