    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about Agentforce Sales is its ability to centralize customer and sales data in one platform, making it easier to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. The automation features help reduce manual work, improve productivity, and ensure timely follow-ups. The customizable dashboards and reports provide valuable insights into sales performance, enabling better decision-making. Its integration capabilities with other business tools also help create a seamless workflow across teams.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One drawback is that advanced customization and premium features can increase implementation and licensing costs. Additionally, certain reports or pages may experience slower performance when working with large volumes of data.

    Although Agentforce Sales provides robust sales management capabilities, it can be challenging for new users to learn all its features. Some administrative tasks and customizations require technical knowledge, which may increase dependence on administrators or consultants.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Agentforce Sales helps us solve challenges related to managing customer information, tracking sales activities, and maintaining visibility across the sales pipeline. Before using it, data was often scattered across multiple tools, making it difficult to monitor opportunities and follow up with prospects effectively. With Agentforce Sales, all customer and sales information is centralized, workflows are automated, and reporting is more accurate. This has improved team productivity, enhanced collaboration, and helped us make faster, data-driven decisions, ultimately leading to better customer engagement and higher sales efficiency.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the automation and AI features in Agentforce Sales. It helps me in automating marketing sends based on customers, which I find valuable. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, it's a good improvement.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some challenges I guess could be reaching customers who might be age ranged.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Agentforce Sales to sell products through reserve and collect, and it automates marketing sends based on customer data.

    What I like best about Agentforce Sales is how it brings everything together in one place and gives our teams a clear view of customers, opportunities, and performance. As a Senior Executive at iQor, having real-time visibility into the sales pipeline and customer interactions helps us make faster, more informed decisions and keeps everyone aligned on priorities. One of the biggest benefits is the ease of collaboration. Sales, operations, customer experience, and leadership teams can all work from the same source of truth, which reduces silos and improves communication across the organization.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Agentforce Sales is a powerful platform, one challenge I’ve run into is that it can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. It offers a tremendous amount of functionality, which is a real strength, but that breadth also creates a learning curve and often requires ongoing training so teams can consistently take full advantage of its capabilities.

    Another area that could be improved is customization. Even though flexibility is one of the platform’s biggest benefits, implementing changes and maintaining a highly customized environment can sometimes demand significant administrative effort and technical expertise.

    Agentforce Sales helps address one of the biggest challenges in large organizations: customer information and sales activities being scattered across multiple systems and teams. Before we had a centralized platform, it was often hard to get a complete, real-time view of customer interactions, pipeline health, and overall sales performance.

    What I like most about Agentforce Sales (previously referred to as Salesforce Sales Cloud) is its CRM capabilities which provide you with a holistic view of all your leads, contacts, and opportunities on one platform.

    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Agentforce Sales addresses problems like disorganization of information about customers, obsolete sales practices, and limited visibility into sales pipelines by integrating and automating the entire sales process. It assists me in improving my productivity, forecasting ability, and managing of sales opportunities.
