Great Organization, But Lacks System of Record Capability

Everything is conveniently organized in one place, from managing leads to tracking opportunities and even starting something new.

The fact that it cannot be regarded as a system of record is a significant limitation.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud consolidates our opportunity management process effectively in the construction industry. It enhances visibility into our forecast pipeline, which is crucial for determining company projects. Additionally, it seems to be the best in class for CRM functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface of Salesforce Sales Cloud a bit clunky and believe it could be more polished for a better user experience.
