I appreciate the cloud capabilities of Salesforce, which allow me to access it from anywhere, enhancing flexibility. The CRM capabilities are industry standard, ensuring easy adoption for managing sales. I find opportunity management valuable for tracking high-value opportunities and focusing efforts where needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the reporting capabilities of Salesforce Sales Cloud are not great and could use significant improvement. Additionally, profile management, specifically deploying profiles, is not easy and requires further development to be user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for effective team management, lead tracking, and accessing CRM capabilities from anywhere. It helps track high-value opportunities and simplifies territory management.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, which allows for customization that meets customer requirements. Its integration capability with the back-office ensures a continuous end-to-end chain, which is a major asset. The quick and actionable reporting functionality is also highly appreciated. The integration with Mulesoft to connect the entire customer ecosystem and the management of opportunities are aspects that I find extremely useful. The new features, especially agent-based ones, encourage continued use of Salesforce.

The forecast section could be improved to better meet the needs of the clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the smooth setup process of Salesforce Sales Cloud with the assistance of the right system integrator. I find the conversion tracking from leads to customers and the use of dashboards for monthly presentations to the senior team extremely beneficial. The self-service enabled application is particularly useful, allowing the sales team to access insights on iPads or mobile phones, significantly reducing paperwork. Additionally, I value the integration of AI, which facilitates voice-to-text translation, easing data input while on the field.
