High barriers to entry for new users, requires learning curve

Seamless Workflow but Needs Better Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for enabling us to onboard new customers much faster, making our processes more efficient. I also find the Einstein insights particularly useful for improving customer retention and keeping track of renewal timelines. Additionally, the seamless workflow process is a significant advantage and a reason I would consider purchasing it again.

I dislike the current pricing structure of Salesforce Sales Cloud.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to onboard customers faster and benefit from improved customer retention and renewal insights with Einstein.

I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud’s ability to provide my sales team with data and insights, making them more efficient by helping them understand genuine market opportunities. This also helps them target efforts effectively and have insightful conversations, supported by next best suggestions.

I found the initial setup and configuration process challenging, particularly because it involves change management and getting people accustomed to adopting a new tool.
