What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its straightforward opportunity management, transparent pipeline reporting, and user-friendly activity tracking. The platform offers real-time insights into sales performance, facilitates organized follow-up, and empowers teams to make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud, in its default state, often feels complex and not very intuitive. The standard page layouts tend to be cluttered, making navigation challenging, while the built-in reporting and forecasting features are somewhat limited. Additionally, activity management does not provide enough context, which can hinder productivity. To make Sales Cloud align with real sales processes, significant customization is usually necessary. Furthermore, inconsistent adoption across teams can make the reporting less reliable.

Pipeline management, account management, sales representative efficiency, and production planning, strategy decisions are all important aspects that were important

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly value how Salesforce Sales Cloud facilitates quick resolution of problems and cases, which streamlines our operations. The platform's case management capabilities and omnichannel experience are particularly beneficial. It supports our agents in managing patient care efficiently and implementing agent force objectives seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to customize Salesforce Sales Cloud for different profiles, especially regarding case management and creating an omnichannel journey. Additionally, I think the user interface could be improved to enhance user interaction and experience.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to solve case management issues, helping agents resolve cases quickly and improving patient care fulfillment.

Being able to overlay our sales data with our geographic locations

Lake of defined territories I would like to be able to clearly segment city borders

I appreciate the targeted email functionality the most. It's crucial for enhancing account engagement on key tasks and accounts. The integration with the main Salesforce CRM is significant for me, as the scale and seamless connectivity offer substantial benefits.

I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be quite complex due to the intricate workflows we had in place, making the process of replicating them into the system a significant task. Additionally, I feel there's room for improvement with its basic intelligence and agent signature, which I expect to evolve significantly.
