Ease of access to information and BI function.

It can be a little overwhelming. But the search bar is always very helpful for shortcuts

What do you like best about the product?
It's straight forward to use. The user interface updates are a welcome change from where we started 4 years ago. Users find it much easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customization. Its a very ridged system compared to other ERP apps that allow field customization, label changes, and adding additional fields to screens to capture custom information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deltek runs our entire business. besides the applications that produce our products, Deltek is the core that makes it all come together.
Lots of ways to use it but complex to understand quickly

It has great capabilities to collect financial information and organize it in a way that can be presented in various reports that comply with the rigorous requirements of government contracts

Too many different places that you have to go to to complete a task from start to finish

We record all of our financial information and transactions to be able to generate reports for government contracts

I like that Deltek Costpoint is easy to use and helps prevent system errors, making our payroll process go smoothly. It makes my job every day go smoothly.

Sometimes it's slow. System errors that can't be resolved by just restarting.

I use Deltek Costpoint to process payroll smoothly, minimizing system errors and making my everyday job easier.
Learned Costpoint very quickly

Once you learn how to use one of the modules well, you can understand all of the modules and how they integrate together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limited support available for Shop Floor Times

The new UI is great! Easy to use and visually appealing.

The charge faves and leave balance located in a More menu. Need to be their own buttons.
