What do you like best about the product?

This software makes it easy to track employee hours and pay types. It also allows me to review daily entries for errors and check everything weekly before signing off.

What do you dislike about the product?

The filters take quite a while to cycle through when I'm searching for specific data. It can be a bit time-consuming to find exactly what I need because of this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to accurately record work hours and time off for my team of over 20 agents, even when they are away from their phones.

What do you like best about the product?

It has been approved by DCAA and other government agencies as long as it is used within GAAP and DCAA guidelines. For larger companies, they have the staff to integrate fairly easily. Smaller companies, not so much.

What do you dislike about the product?

It can be clunky and not intuitive to use in alot of functions. Customer support can sometimes be lacking. Not knowledgable and hard to get.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows integration of timekeeping and AP. Will calculate and apply indirect rates seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Deltek Costpoint is transparent and user-friendly, whether through the web-based or Windows app interface. It's great to be able to switch between them. The application takes a lot of the guessing out of the equation, which makes navigating program management responsibilities easier for me as a financial analyst. Using Deltek Costpoint has made my job easier, and I find myself learning something new every time I use it. I especially love the ability to create different project levels within a level 1 program, such as level 2 for the CLIN and level 3 for the WBS. My experience has been very positive, and I feel there's nothing Deltek Costpoint can't do when managing financials for any given program.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes in the inventory part of Costpoint (“manage inventory projects”), when I am creating new inventory abbreviation and when I click save, the page goes away. I would like to see this improved so that when I save what I am doing, that I am able to still make edits and continue on the same screen as I was using before hitting save

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Deltek Costpoint to track and manage actuals, costs, and inventory. It simplifies financial management by reducing guesswork with its user-friendly interface, making my job easier and allowing me to learn continuously.

What do you like best about the product?

I really enjoy using Deltek/Costpoint because it makes time and expense reporting incredibly efficient and straightforward. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and helps me stay organized without the hassle. It’s a tool I can count on to get things done quickly and accurately, which is a huge win in a busy HR environment.

What do you dislike about the product?

While I really appreciate how helpful and efficient Deltek/Costpoint is—especially for time and expense reporting—I’ve also experienced a few hiccups. Occasionally, the system seems to have a "mind of its own" and has gone down at critical moments. Thankfully, those issues are usually resolved quickly, and the support team is responsive. Despite that, it remains a tool I rely on daily and genuinely value.

I recently attended a Deltek/Costpoint webinar and was highly impressed by the structure and content of the session. The presenters addressed a wide range of pressing questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism. The roundtable discussion was particularly well-executed, offering valuable insights and fostering meaningful dialogue. I appreciate the continued support from the Deltek team and look forward to receiving the link to complete my Deltek Certification.
As an HR Director supporting a global organization, I find Deltek/Costpoint to be an essential tool in managing time tracking and expense reporting. Its functionality enables me to maintain accuracy and efficiency across multiple teams and locations. The platform is intuitive and reliable, helping streamline critical processes in a fast-paced environment.
While I value the system greatly, I have experienced occasional disruptions—particularly during peak times—where the platform has gone down unexpectedly. Fortunately, these issues are typically resolved quickly, and the support team is responsive and helpful.
Overall, Deltek/Costpoint remains a vital part of my operational toolkit, and I appreciate the ongoing enhancements and engagement from the Deltek community.

I appreciate the flexibility this offers for handling different types of billing contracts. It is also intuitive to use, making the overall experience smooth and straightforward.

Sometimes it can be slow especially noticeable on fridays
