T&E is user friendly. when it come to F&A, to many click to complete one task

User-Friendly Interface: Even with its comprehensive feature set, Costpoint has a user-friendly interface that keeps navigation intuitive for users at any experience level. The customizable dashboards let us tailor the system to our specific needs, so we can reach the information we need quickly and work more efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?

The AI is still lagging and sometimes it can be difficult for Dela to get to eh correct page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scalability: As our organization has grown, Costpoint has scaled right along with us. Its flexible architecture makes it easy to add new modules and features as our needs evolve, so we can continue to rely on it as a long-term solution.

What do you like best about the product?

Deltek Costpoint is one of the most robust government contracting software options available. It also includes helpful guardrails that guide users as they navigate compliance requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?

The system includes features that ensure compliance with government contracting rules. However, this also makes it less user-friendly for end users when they’re completing expense reports or timesheets.

We successfully passed the post-award accounting system audit.

I have no dislikes as of right now. Everything works fine.

It’s a simple system that seems geared toward project based financials

This system is not great for material planning. Information is there but there are no screens that combine all information to make informed decisions and provide a full material status for a project, sales order or, reservation

I am in planning only using this for material planning

I find the preprocessors and Cognos BI writing to be a magnificent time saver.

The UI has been clunky but looks much better with the new Harmony.

Better tracking project time and labor.

I love that Deltek Costpoint is user-friendly, allowing me to copy and paste data directly into Excel and back, which is excellent for ease of use. It saves a lot of time by streamlining data entry and processes, making it great for reporting.

I wish there were more fields that align for GSA reporting, like IFF and CAF.

Deltek Costpoint keeps everything organized for easy review, saving time, streamlining data entry and processes, and enhancing reporting.

I like how smart Deltek Costpoint is. There are so many cool features and once you know what you are doing, you will learn to love it.

The reporting is hard. Make it where anyone can run a report simply.

Helping my company with expense reports, People management, timekeeping, etc. Works well with government contracting - government friendly!
