What do you like best about the product?
Been using it forever and enjoy the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looks very financey. An improved UI, would be more welcoming to people that don't frequent Costpoint.

Easy to follow the process and gives proper error and warning messages

Need more modern look and fill. More API should be there.

Costpoint helps streamline the purchasing process.

Entering time is pretty easy. The purchase process is simple and seems to be getting better with the new version.

Pulling data into reports and spreadsheets is difficult sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BI would help a lot with reports. Interactive emails sound great for timesheets.

high learning curve of where to go or how databases are inter-related
