I’ve been a user since 2093 and I wouldn’t want to use any other systems.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and teach others how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive and it is hard to convince management that they will see a cost savings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation of the subcontracts module.
CostPoint allows us to maintain all aspects of business in one program

All in one program and we could stop using Excel

My wish would be Time and Expense would communicate with other modules without import export

Fairly steep learning curve in learning the system.

I like that all the data is in one place and there are lots of controls in place

It's difficult for new users to navigate, not very intuitive, and although the data is there it is hard to access and analyze

Having all accounting and project data in one place

The customer support this far has been great. We have a great internal team, yet they are great because of Deltek teams.

We are just now implanting. Curious to learn more about their PLM "partner".

Improved links of projects to financials. A reset to our manufacturing aspects.

Not an easy implementation. Too few partner options.

Slow start….but it grows on the team
