What do you like best about the product?
Being able to customize the application using Extensibility.

The processing of Cash Receipts and using Expense

Seems to be a very encompassing solution for business operations needs

Domains or modules don't talk to each other well. One data entry should populate across all modules

Newer software than old manual processes and spreadsheets

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Costpoint for 20yrs and am impressed with the constant upgrades they provide based on user feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the transactions between user interfaces are not as smooth or cohesive as they could be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are continually upgrading their ERP processes and it is benefiting out manufacturing processes

The ease of the accounts payable module.

That so many people have issues with expense and that mobile expense isn't 100%

Timesheets have been difficult to upkeep for many employees

Most of the functionality is configurable and scalable to the requirements of the enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality is customizable. But there can be harmful effects of not appropriately customizing the functionality using industry best practices
