Great Integrations, Testing Needs Improvement

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to create workflows that can automate some of my daily tasks. I like how there are a lot of app integrations. I also like the copilot, which helps bridge the gap from what I want to make and actually implementing it, especially with some Java and Python coding knowledge. One zap I use integrates Zoom Workplace and Outlook, which are both apps that I use all day at work. The initial setup of Zapier was pretty easy; I got a link to create my account and set it up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing on Zapier is a nightmare. My biggest complaint is the only way to truly test is to publish the draft and then see what breaks. There is no way to get new "test items" when in draft mode. It is actually horrendous to test with. I don't want to use one dummy test item for everything because I am trying to make a workflow that works in a bunch of different instances and edge cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate daily workflows, consolidate authorized payments, and integrate apps like Zoom and Outlook. It slightly boosts team efficiency by merging information into one email daily.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily connect with people, and I can write code without any trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike overall, but the server takes too much time to open the website. I’m not sure what’s going on with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem-solving is good. It solves problems easily for me, and I can perform the maximum operations on it.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly; easy to learn. Great documentation. The product continues to be developed to add new features all the time. The value proposition is incredible.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything I dislike about this software.

Automation!!! It reads emails coming into my mailbox, runs them through a process that extracts only my customers’ information, then sends them a text and an email, and finally loads everything into my CRM.

No-Code Integrations Made Easy with Next-Level AI Copilot

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There's no need to be an engineer, programmer, or developer to be able to create easy-to-use and understand integrations between software and apps. Also the co-pilot AI that works alongside it is next level, with the ability to interact with it so that it builds for you
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to not like about it. I would like to see better tiers based on the history and not such large gaps in pricing tiers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of needing a full developer, or extensive experience and knowledge, just to create integrations. It brings together or multiple apps and platforms to be able to talk to each other

Intuitive, Powerful Automations with Tons of Integrations

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
From my experience, Zapier stands out because it balances ease of use with a surprisingly powerful set of capabilities. The UI/UX is intuitive enough that I was able to start building workflows quickly without much ramp-up, and the sheer volume of integrations meant I could connect almost every tool I was using without needing custom development. Performance has generally been reliable for the types of automations I’ve run, especially for operational workflows that don’t require real-time precision. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it’s easy to justify when it replaces repetitive manual work, though you do have to be mindful as usage scales. I also found the onboarding experience straightforward, with plenty of templates and guidance to get started, and support resources that helped fill in gaps when needed. More recently, the addition of AI-driven features has made it even more useful, especially for adding logic, summarization, or smarter routing into workflows without adding complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, the biggest downside of Zapier is how quickly the pricing can scale because it’s based on tasks. At first it feels inexpensive, but once you start building multi-step workflows or running automations at higher volume, each step counts as a task and costs can add up fast. It forces you to constantly think about efficiency instead of just building the best workflow. Along with that, debugging can be a bit clunky when something breaks, and performance isn’t always truly real-time for more time-sensitive use cases. While the UI is easy to use, more complex automations can become hard to manage and organize over time. Support is solid but not always fast unless you’re on higher tiers, and the AI features, while promising, still feel somewhat limited compared to what you might build natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is solving the problem of disconnected systems by making it easy to get different apps to communicate without custom development. Instead of needing to hire a developer or build and maintain APIs, we can quickly create automated workflows that connect tools like our CRM, support platform, and knowledge base. This has allowed us to move faster, reduce manual work, and experiment with new processes without being blocked by engineering resources. The biggest benefit is speed and flexibility. We can stand up solutions in hours instead of weeks, which is especially valuable when iterating on support workflows, AI use cases, and internal operations.

Zapier’s Huge App Integrations and Reliable Zaps Make Automation Easy

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how many options that Zapier has for triggers and for events. Basically any app that you can think of has already been integrated with.

I rarely have any issues with the Zaps I set up and when I have they are quick to correct.

Pricing is fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be confusing at times, but once you are familiar with it it's easy enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps automate tired tasks and makes them much quicker.

It helps my business run simple CRM automations that save time and money.

Simple Setup and Versatile Zaps Across Many Apps

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity to set up and use Zaps with a large variety of software. They are always innovating with new ways to automate things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get pricey to run multiple zaps. This has been the biggest limitation I have seen with the app, where other apps have been able to give more at the lower tier level for small businesses and startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows applications and software to play with each other without having to have it built in.

So Many Integrations—Zapier Makes Automation a Breeze

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has SO many integrations- it's a breeze to find connections that make my business more efficient. Even if you aren't super tech savvy, their system walks you through your automations step-by-step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations aren't available. The Airtable connection could use a little refinement, but I also think that might be an Airtable issue, not a Zapier one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting client systems to my internal systems to create more efficiency. Zapier saves my team hours of admin each week.
