Zapier Effortlessly Connects Forms to Google Sheets, Email, and Social DMs
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Zapier is how it connects my travel inquiry forms directly to Google sheets, Email and Social DM without manual work. The Step by step zap builder and filter save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks get used up quickly with multi-step Zaps, which impacts cost. Also, clearer error messages are needed when an automation fails so it’s easier to understand what went wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using zapier we struggled with manual handling travel inquiries updating spreadsheets and following up on social media leads. Now all form submissions, bookings and DMs are automatically synced and triggered saving me nearly 8 - 10 hours week and helping me respond faster which improves our leads and increase sales.

Seamless App Integration, But Needs UX Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Zapier's ability to seamlessly connect different apps that typically don't integrate with each other, turning disconnected tools into one cohesive and efficient ecosystem. This capability has streamlined workflows for me by eliminating repetitive manual tasks and allowing automation of lead routing, form submissions, CRM updates, and email notifications. It's improved response time and data accuracy, giving me more time for high-impact work rather than administrative tasks. It feels like having an operations assistant running quietly in the background 24/7, removing friction between the tools I rely on daily and ensuring information flows automatically and accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zapier is powerful, the learning curve can be steep, especially when building more complex, multi-step workflows. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and navigating between Zaps, folders, and task histories can feel cluttered at times. Improving the user experience, simplifying advanced setup explanations, and making troubleshooting more visually guided would make it significantly more user-friendly. The initial setup wasn’t overly difficult, but it wasn’t completely intuitive either. I had to spend some time exploring their site and help resources to understand how to properly structure workflows and triggers. Once I understood the logic behind it, it became much smoother, but there was definitely a learning period upfront.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier streamlines my workflows by automating repetitive tasks and connecting tools that don't usually integrate, like Salesforce and Calendly. It improves efficiency by reducing errors, speeding up responses, and freeing up time for high-impact work instead of administrative tasks.
Zapier Makes Repetitive Workflows Effortless and Consistent
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to automate repetitive workflows, like sending emails and notifications and updating sheets. It’s been a big help in reducing manual effort and keeping these routine tasks consistent and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan comes with a lot of limitations, and it doesn’t support more complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of automating workflows, helping me avoid repetitive manual tasks and saving time.
Keeps my team updated with Google Form submissions
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier free plan to integrate Google Forms with Slack, so whenever someone submits a form, a message appears in a channel my team uses. It saves me the hassle of checking the form manually and makes sure I see new submissions right away. Setting up the Zap was straightforward. I integrated Google Forms and Slack in Zapier, selected the form and channel and ran a test to make sure the messages appeared in the Slack channel correctly. Once it was set up, the automation worked reliably and I usually check the Slack channel once or twice a day to stay updated. I haven’t needed support often, but when I did, the documentation and community resources were clear and helpful.
The free plan keeps each Zap simple, which makes it predictable and easy to maintain. For my small internal forms, it does exactly what I need without adding extra tools or steps.
The free plan keeps each Zap simple, which makes it predictable and easy to maintain. For my small internal forms, it does exactly what I need without adding extra tools or steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has some limitations that become noticeable as workflows grow. Each Zap is limited to two steps, so I can’t add extra actions or conditional logic in a single workflow. The monthly task limit also requires me to monitor how many submissions I process. For my current small internal forms, these limits aren’t an issue, but they could become restrictive if the volume of submissions increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Zapier, I had to check Google Form responses manually and then send updates to my Slack channel myself. This often caused delays and sometimes notifications were missed. With Zapier, every new submission automatically appears in Slack, so I always know when someone submits a form. This automation saves me time every day and reduces the friction of manually copying information between tools. It also keeps the team informed in real time, without adding extra steps or requiring additional apps. For small internal workflows, it makes the process predictable, consistent, and easier to maintain.
Effortless Automation, User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zapier makes it extremely easy to automate repetitive tasks, like sending multiple emails to vendors for documents. The way it allows me to build zaps is mostly with natural language, which I find really intuitive. The initial setup was super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you edit a Zap and you publish a draft, it is confusing when you have to transfer data from the previous version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me automate repetitive tasks, like sending multiple emails to vendors for documents.
easy to automate repetitive tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier’s biggest strength is how easy it is to connect thousands of apps and automate workflows with minimal setup. The no-code interface, step-by-step Zap builder, and clear testing process make implementation fast, even for non-technical users. It supports a wide range of triggers and actions, advanced multi-step workflows, and reliable integrations, which makes it useful for daily automation across teams. The platform is stable, frequently updated, and integrates seamlessly with popular tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is pricing, especially as automation needs scale and task usage increases. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for small businesses. Debugging complex Zaps can also be time-consuming, and real-time automations may occasionally experience delays depending on the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of disconnected systems by acting as an integration platform that automates data flow between apps. It reduces manual work, minimizes human error, and ensures processes run consistently in the background. This saves time, improves operational efficiency, and allows teams to focus on higher-value tasks instead of repetitive admin work.
Flexible, Convenient Automation with Easy Zapier Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very flexible, with a bunch of apps you can connect through Zapier to trigger webhooks. Overall, it’s convenient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Zapier is I hope it can have a functionality to help user debug if there is a Zap not working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me close the gap between apps. It makes it easier to integrate different apps and connect my workflows more smoothly.
Easy Automation with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zapier is partnered with a lot of tools, which allows me access to create automations with most of them. Their customer support is always great and helps me solve issues quickly. This makes Zapier valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found some of the integration functionality for some tools/software was limiting, some required APIs which can be expensive and the user set up was kinda confusing at first. It just didn’t provide me with some of the functionality I needed to be able to do for the workflow steps I had in mind, also some required paid tiers or APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to integrate tools for automation, which removes the manual need to perform each step myself in processes like onboarding and workflows.
