    What do you like best about the product?
    Zapier is at the core of our distribution across all our digital platforms. It enables our website to “talk” to our CRM, automates our spreadsheets, populates reports, and triggers email sequences.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Complexity. Zapier is a reliable sandbox tool with almost limitless possibilities, but that also means you should expect added complexity and a fairly long learning curve.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We use multiple platforms for client meeting scheduling, marketing, data tracking and reporting, plus shared spreadsheets and databases. Zapier is the wizard that connects everything so these platforms can communicate with each other. It also powers up our other apps by extending beyond their limitations. With it, we automate internal processes for managing client profile data and communications, which helps keep everything consistent across tools.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Zapier for creating connections between CRM systems like HubSpot and Google Sheets, as well as ad platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for offline conversions. It's great for automating the process when a lead's status changes to qualified leads and Zapier sends that as offline conversions to Google Ads and other ad platforms. This helps optimize campaigns for Qualified conversion types by sharing valuable lead data securely. Zapier's setup is also pretty easy and step-by-step, making it simple to follow. It integrates with tools like WordPress and Wufoo forms as well. Zapier was the first product we tried for API connections, and it has worked well for us without any complaints so far.
    What do you dislike about the product?

    I use Zapier to connect CRM systems like HubSpot with ad platforms such as Google Ads, optimizing campaigns by sending qualified leads as offline conversions.     What do you like best about the product?
    The most helpful upside of Zapier is its ability to connect thousands of apps without any coding. I like best how it automates repetitive tasks—like saving email attachments to cloud storage or adding leads to a CRM—saving hours of manual work. The key benefits: no technical skills required, reliable triggers and actions, and the freedom to focus on high-value work instead of data entry.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The main downside of Zapier is that costs can escalate quickly as you increase task volume or add premium apps. For complex workflows, the single-step, linear logic feels limiting compared to coding or more advanced iPaaS tools. Also, debugging errors can be frustrating because you have to manually check task history and sometimes wait for retries. Finally, high-volume or real-time needs often hit rate limits or lag, making it less reliable for time-sensitive operations.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zapier solves the problem of data silos and manual transfer between apps. Instead of exporting, reformatting, and re-uploading data from one tool to another, Zapier automates that flow.

    The key business problems it helps solve:

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Zapier with my ATS application to help end users push updates over Slack. I like that Zapier allows us to focus on our product by avoiding the need to build and support third-party integrations. The setup is easy, especially from a developer's perspective. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I appreciate the good documentation.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Testing the webhooks is a bit difficult as it requires some setup, and app verification is sometimes long and a bit expensive.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zapier lets us focus on our product by avoiding the need to build third-party integrations. The setup is easy from a developer's perspective.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate the easy interface and straightforward use of Zapier. Most apps have a direct connection to Zapier, which makes it easy to use without needing to code too much. I can just select the app I want to sync data from and to, then select the actions I want to perform without needing to be fluent in code language.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The AI feature currently is still a bit shaky and doesn't always perform what I want to do. Also, I am missing the feature 'schedule a zap daily'.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zapier acts as an intermediary for syncing data between tools without direct connections, simplifying integration. Its easy interface and wide app connectivity allow me to avoid coding by just selecting apps and actions.
