    What do you like best about the product?
    I use Zapier to automate workflows between apps, which helps me save time by connecting tools and automating repetitive tasks without coding. It solves the problem of manual, repetitive work between apps and benefits me by saving time, reducing errors, and automating workflows efficiently. I like Zapier most for its no-code automation and wide app integrations, making building reliable workflows fast and simple. I especially like Zapier for its reliability and real-time task execution. The clear logs and error alerts make troubleshooting very easy. Additionally, the initial setup of Zapier was very easy and intuitive, allowing me to create my first automation within minutes.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I find Zapier can get expensive at higher task volumes. Also, complex workflows sometimes need multiple steps, which can be hard to manage.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love how easily it connects with thousands of different apps without doing any coding. The ease of use is major highlight. The simple trigger and action model makes it very easy to set up new automations in just a few minutes.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The pricing becomes expensive as scale happens and needs to grow. I dislike some advanced features, like multistep workflows are locked behind higher-tier plans.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zapier solves the problem of manual data entry by automatically moving information between different business tools. It benefits me saving hours on repetative tasks.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I find the Co-Pilot feature really helpful for completing automation. It allowed me to automate tasks like sending Shopify abandoned cart notifications to a Slack channel with just a simple prompt. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A few times I don't get the options for what I want to do. For instance, I use Infobip and wanted to get Shopify order events sent to Infobip, but in Zapier, I couldn't find that option.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Zapier to integrate different tools without software team dependencies, especially helpful with the Co-pilot feature which automates tasks like sending Shopify abandoned cart notifications to Slack.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like it's no-code automation capability with wide app integrations. Also It allows us to connect multiple tools and automate repetitive workflows without depending on engineering support. The ease of setup, reliability of triggers/actions, and flexibility to customize workflows make Zapier extremely powerful for scaling operations quickly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I have nothing to dislike about zapier. Such a nice automation tool.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Through it's automation technique Zapier has helped us save significant operational time, reduce manual errors, and improve turnaround time across teams. Now our teams are able to to focus on more important task instead of regular ops work.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love Zapier! When there is no direct integration available or a limited API with software, Zapier creates the connection! They make it easy and support is wonderful. If I'm having trouble with a Zap, I can pretty easily get support and resolve my issues within minutes. Their team is knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do. I'm grateful for Zapier, it's a lifesaver!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Not much, zapier has been such a great and affordable software. One time, they took a while to resolve my issue, but it was mostly because the connecting software was slow to respond.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zapier connects my software and helps to maximize my marketing spend by creating automated actions in software based on instances in other software. It makes my job so much easier!
