    What do you like best about the product?
    I'm basically a one-person shop, so anything that saves me time is ultimately helpful for my business.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The learning curve could be a bit simpler to get started, and the AI isn't as useful as it could be.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Not having enough time in the day. Zapier takes some of the mundane tasks off my plate.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Zapier provides a non-coding method of connecting disparate systems that I use regularly. It has replaced some manual, batch processes with an automatic way of moving files and data almost daily.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    For me there was larger learning curve when creating my first Zaps. It's not as intuitive and I'd like. Their new (beta) AI tools seems like it might help with that.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Zapier to move contact and project data from one CRM (Kiflo) to another (Hubspot). When a deal reaches a certain workflow stage in Kiflo, a corresponding deal is automatically created in Hubspot. It's saving me time and producing more accurate results.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It centralizes my workflow so I don't have to switch contexts constantly. The API is expansive and supports virtually every business and productivity service
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Inability to export Zaps, there are some services that other similarly situated companies do have APIs for without naming names – and that can be frustrating because you start playing FOMO or having to buy yet another Zapier
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    client relationship management, context centrality, payment notifications, meeting notifications, etc.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Updates are instant and it's very easy to get these automations up and running. Great customer service. They are up to speed with technology advancements and integrate with new platforms fairly quickly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There is currently nothing that I dislike about Zapier.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I currently use Zapier to send Google Calendar and Microsoft ToDo updates to my whole team via Google Workspace. Now we are all up to speed with new projects getting added and also when the are completed.
