AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing gives you two pricing dimensions. Zapier Enterprise is a contract-based plan for scaling automation across multiple departments, arranged through a private offer. You contact the vendor for that pricing. The second dimension, Overage Billing, works on a pay-per-task basis. A task counts each time an automation successfully completes an action. When you exceed your plan's included task limit, this pay-per-task rate applies so your workflows keep running. Together, the fixed Enterprise contract covers your base usage, while pay-per-task overage charges cover activity beyond that limit.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one task for pay-per-task overage billing?
A task counts each time an automation successfully completes an action, like creating a contact or sending a message. Checking for new data does not use a task. Some actions use more than one task. Failed actions do not count. Built-in tools like filters, paths, and formatting do not use tasks.
What triggers the pay-per-task overage rate, and how does the transition happen?
When you reach your plan's included task limit, you switch to pay-per-task billing so workflows keep running. This rate applies per task above your limit. If you turn pay-per-task off, workflows pause until the next usage period. The overage rate is higher than your base subscription task rate.
Do all automation types draw from the same task count?
Yes. Tasks are shared across your account. Workflow steps, AI steps, code, and connector calls all draw from the same task allocation. There are no separate task budgets by product. Rates vary by action type, so more powerful AI models or longer code runs can use more tasks per action.

What do you like best about the product?
hands down, the best tool for a non-tech person for connecting to 1000+ tools. me, being a marketer, have stopped relying on my tech team for integrations. be it connecting to any ads platforms or CRM or any marketing tool, zapier has integration with pretty much any tool you ask for. the recent feature of the table is extensively being used by our team to setup reports and other tabular work.
What do you dislike about the product?
apart from the cost, i havent come across any use case that Zapier couldn't solve for me, from the marketing POV. the price can be a big challenge for smaller organisations, as the cost can quickly add up if you arent careful with the amount of zaps youre running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the dependency on the tech team has reduced drastically. even a non tech person can now setup automation and any workflow.

Robust, Secure Automations with Zapier’s 9,000+ Connections
Reviewed on Jul 06, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Its robustness: from the classic Zaps to agents, chatbots, tables, and 9,000+ connections... you can do almost anything with Zapier.
Plus, it takes permissions and access controls seriously: I've never had a Zap do something unpredictable vs. this being a common occurrence with other AI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copilot is an excellent helper, but about 25% of the time it ends up over-promising and getting in a "Ah we're almost there, let me fix this!" loop that just creates a Franken-Zap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me build an entire operating system to keep track of 600+ educational resources and to make it easy to query this database via a chatbot in Slack.

Zapier Makes Automation Effortless with Powerful No-Code Workflows

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zapier is its ability to automate repetitive tasks without requiring custom code. It connects hundreds of applications and allows workflows to run automatically, saving significant time and reducing manual effort. Supports thousands of app integrations through a simple interface. Easy drag-and-drop workflow builder with minimal setup. Multi-step automations for handling complex business processes. Built-in filters, conditions, and formatting tools for flexible workflows. Reliable automation with task history and error monitoring. The most valuable feature is the ability to connect different tools without writing custom integrations. Whether it's syncing leads between applications, sending notifications, updating spreadsheets, or automating repetitive operational tasks, Zapier simplifies the entire process. The biggest benefit is increased productivity. By automating routine workflows, it reduces manual work, minimizes human errors, and allows the team to focus on higher-value activities instead of repetitive administrative tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is cost scalability. Zapier works extremely well for automating business processes, but as automation usage grows across multiple teams, the subscription cost can increase significantly. Certain app integrations have limitations based on the APIs they support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of repetitive manual work and disconnected applications. Instead of manually transferring data between tools or performing routine tasks, Zapier automates these workflows, ensuring information flows seamlessly across different systems. Automates repetitive tasks across multiple applications. Eliminates manual data entry and reduces human errors. Connects tools that don't have native integrations. Speeds up business processes and improves operational efficiency. Frees up time for higher-value work instead of routine administration. In my day-to-day work, I use Zapier to automate workflows such as lead management, notifications, CRM updates, spreadsheet synchronization, and task creation. These automations reduce manual effort and ensure that data stays consistent across different platforms. The biggest benefit is productivity. By automating routine processes, Zapier saves time, improves accuracy, and allows the team to focus on strategic work rather than repetitive operational tasks.
