Time-Saving Automation with Seamless App Integration

  • January 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier mainly to automate repetitive tasks and connect different apps I use daily. It helps me save time by automatically moving data between tools like email, forms, and productivity apps, reducing manual work, and keeping my workflow organized. What I like most about Zapier is how easily it connects different apps and automates tasks without the need for coding. This feature stands out because it saves a lot of time in my daily workflow, letting everything run in the background and allowing me to focus on more important work. I use Zapier with tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, and form tools for collecting data, which helps me automatically transfer information, send notifications, and keep everything synced, making my workflow much smoother. The initial setup of Zapier was quite easy, with basic automations quick to create and the interface being user-friendly. Overall, I would rate it 9 out of 10 for being very useful for automation, saving a lot of time, and connecting many apps smoothly, which makes daily work much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the pricing, which can feel a bit expensive as automation needs grow. Also, setting up more complex workflows can take time to fully understand. Making advanced automations simpler and more affordable would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate repetitive tasks and connect apps, saving time and reducing manual work. It organizes my workflow, automatically transfers data, and runs tasks in the background, making my work more efficient and allowing me to focus on important tasks.

Effortless Automation with Great Integrations

  • January 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find the drag-and-drop nature of building Zaps really helpful, along with the clear explanations of what will occur at each stage. The testing aspect is easy, and most features are naturally understandable, which makes things quick and easy to set up and allows us to test out new ideas without having to worry. Initial setup was incredibly easy, and linking to most tools takes just minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anything, some aspects are quite technical in nature - particularly when it comes to APIs, etc. But that is to be expected and it would probably be tricky to simplify them without having native integrations into far more tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to connect various tools and gather customer data effortlessly, enabling us to expand our email marketing reach.

The Most Helpful Automation Tool for Connecting All Our Apps

  • January 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easily the most helpful automation tool out there. We can connect any of our clients’ apps, CRMs, and email platforms, and it integrates seamlessly with our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to organize Zaps by date, alphabetical order, or other criteria.
Test emails now go to the account owner instead of the email address specified in the step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with many different clients, all using different email platforms, CRMs, and systems, and we’re able to connect all of it within our own setup.

Easy Plug-and-Play Automations with Slack, Google Sheets, and Stripe

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is just easy to use. You can plug-and-play most things like slack, google sheets, and any other random webhoook. It's also great because you can drop into a wee-bit-of-code if you need. It was awesome to use with stripe to issue receipts to customers without much fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you get to a large enough workflow -- it's not always easy to split things apart like you can with code modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to work very hard to integrate simple things together. It also means I don't need to spin up a bunch of infra to do one-off things. So it saves a lot of my own time.

Simplifies Automations with Intuitive Copilot Feature

  • January 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to create automations for processes like connecting emails to my CRM, sending customers custom documents, connecting payments to product enrollments and way way more. I love that Zapier is the simplest platform I've used, and it offers the most helpful tools compared to others. The AI feature called Copilot is remarkable; it feels like having a teammate to solve complex problems with, making more complicated Zaps easier to create. This feature makes Zapier worth sticking with despite its cost, as it greatly simplifies creating complex automations and would be a great recommendation for anyone using automation software. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, which is definitely a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is ridiculous. Honestly, ridiculous compared to what other platforms, that are, in some sense, more powerful than Zapier, are charging. I wish it was cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n/a

I like Zapier because it's easy and successful at what it does. It's like plug and play, making it super easy to bring two apps together that don't integrate on their own. I also find the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more instructions on the site. Sometimes I have to search how to integrate.

AI-Enhanced Automation, Worth the Cost

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zapier for its ability to handle webhooks and pull data from outside Bloomreach without needing imports and servers. The platform's flexibility is impressive, as the possibilities feel only limited by creativity. The recent AI function is a great addition, making data tasks easier, like converting Unix timestamps, and it serves as a lightweight replacement for data cleaning and restructuring, ensuring data is formatted exactly as needed. Also, I found Zapier to be plug and play, with the initial setup being straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Zapier's pricing because it's based on the number of tasks executed. If your webhook starts handling high volumes of data, the cost can grow rapidly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of pulling data from outside sources without needing imports or servers by using webhooks. The AI function helps by cleaning, filtering, and restructuring data, ensuring it's formatted as needed, making the tool flexible and creative.

Easy, Intuitive Automations That Streamline Our Workflow

  • January 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s quite easy and intuitive to use. My team was able to grasp it quickly and it allows us to create automations and connections that make our workflow easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has its downsides like automations not staying tethered so sometimes we need to redo the setup. That gets tiresome but the fact that it doesn’t take long is a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowing us to have automations cross platform and making our work flow much smoother.
