Great Automation Between Airtable, Squarespace, and Google Calendar

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automation that it helps provide between Airtable, Squarespace, and Google Calendar. It allows me to be able to track my orders through squarespace and share pertinent information with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not mobile friendly. There are times that i need to access my zaps via my phone out in the field. But i have to wait until i get home onto a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of giving automation of infomation to our system in Airtable but also giving information to our team members.

Zapier Makes the Impossible Possible

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier creates something that seems impossible and makes it possible. I love that it can take a a platform and another platform and have them communicate to create streamline system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little confusing setting up the communication between two platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving having to do so much manual work. For example it communicates with one platform to take a submitted form and place it on another platform of a workflow to get work done without copying and pasting from one platform to another.

Getting more outdated by the day and their refund policy reflects it.

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used to like Zapier's no code/low code approach, which made it easy to integrate any third-party software. Zapier had a very simple way to connect softwares that didn't have a native connector, solving problems for me. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels pretty clunky and regularly, Zapier encounters errors in zaps that don't give a clear reason why they didn't work. It's often a connector not working or needing an update. With AI getting better, it is much easier these days to do pure code automations. We stopped using Zapier and turns out they try to lock you in by not offering refunds for any credit balances on the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier solves the problem of connecting software without native connectors, allowing me to automate steps between different tools.

Effortless Automation but Pricey

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier essentially replaces manual coordination with systems. Most teams don’t realize how much time is wasted in small, repetitive tasks sending follow-ups, updating sheets, triggering messages. Zapier removes that dependency on humans doing predictable work. In my workflow, it automates bulk SMS via Quo and triggers emails from Google Form submissions. The biggest advantage is speed and zero dependency once it’s set, it just runs. No follow-ups, no misses. What stands out is how non-technical it is. You don’t need engineering support to build something that actually impacts operations. That’s rare. But it’s not perfect. When workflows get slightly complex, debugging becomes messy and visibility drops. You don’t always know what broke until something fails. Also, costs scale quickly as usage increases, which can become a concern for high-volume operations. Still, the trade-off is worth it. It converts operational chaos into systems. And once you start relying on it, going back to manual workflows feels inefficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier works great for simple automations, but starts breaking down as workflows become more complex. Debugging is not straightforward—you often don’t know what failed until something important is already missed. Pricing is another concern. As usage increases, costs scale quickly, especially for high-volume operations. What starts as a simple automation tool can become expensive over time. There’s also limited control and flexibility in certain integrations. If your use case goes slightly beyond standard workflows, you hit limitations fast and have to find workarounds. Overall, it’s powerful but not always reliable at scale. It solves problems, but also introduces some dependency and cost trade-offs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate sending bulk SMS and emails, and it auto-updates contacts. Its easy setup and clear visuals allow me to handle integrations like sending SMS via Quo and Google Sheets without additional help.

Integrates Well, But Needs Easier Complex Solutions

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zapier for making work management more efficient and automating small tasks. I really appreciate the many integrations it offers, which help me answer emails directly and schedule meetings at the end of the week. The AI copilot is also quite helpful because it summarizes emails and LinkedIn messages for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it is tough to handle if we are making complicated integrations. More easy templates or methods to teach people how to make them. Mostly as a 1 on 1 session. It's hard and easier alternatives are available on the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for more efficient work management and automation of small tasks. The integrations help answer emails directly and schedule meetings. The AI copilot summarizes emails and LinkedIn messages for me.

Simple Integrations, But Somewhat Costly

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration that Zapier has with other platforms. I am fascinated by the ease it offers, like plug and play, which makes it very easy and intuitive to use. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy and quite intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to me that the price could improve quite a bit. I have found other automation tools that are just as expensive. I started using it with one user, but when I wanted to expand, I had to consider using other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helped me automate manual tasks and better understand the processes needed to integrate my social networks, website, and ERP.

Seamless Software Integration Made Simple

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use Zapier to connect software that doesn't natively integrate, making them communicate effectively. It allows me to create a Zap to tie two softwares together, reducing the need for manual entries. The initial setup was very easy. I started my first Zap, and bam, it was live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Zaps take a bit more time to develop and it could be more helpful to see my mistakes and correct them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to integrate software that doesn't natively connect, making them communicate. It helps me do less manual data entry, simplifying workflows.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zapier enables me to create the perfect custom experience for my business. Zapier allows me to use the programs I love and that work best for my business, and seamlessly creates an environment for them to communicate with one another in order to keep my business running efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier can be a little tricky to set up. I hired a contractor to set it up for me and teach me how to use it. Once I was shown, it's been pretty straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize multiple programs and software for my business. Zapier allows each program to communicate with the next which allows me to have functioning systems that are customized to my business needs, a smooth customer experience, and dynamisim in the way I'm able to operate as I grow and my needs change. There are many all in one programs, but they don't fully address my business needs. Zapier makes it possible to use various programs and creates a custom solution that fits my business.

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zapier makes my workday. It completely eliminates all of the tedious, repetitive tasks that I do and allows me more time to focus on the important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides. There are some limitations with things that I can set up, but more because of our organization system than an issue with Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier allows me to automate so many small tasks that are repetitive and tedious. It makes it very simple and with the new AI feature I'm able to tell it exactly what I want to do and have it almost entirely set up for me.

Incredibly User-Friendly for Building API Connectors Without Developer Support

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly user friendly. it has allowed me to build api connectors without developer support
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found a couple of glitches when moving from old to new versions. previous zaps havent worked. For example, i found an issue where zapier wanted a form field that had a space in it, but Dotdigital (the platform i was connecting to) does not allow fields without spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me connect platforms and sync data. I have used it to send daa from LiveChat intercations in to Dotdigital where they can integrate into my CRM journeys.
