Effortless Automation, Perfect for Non-Coders
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to connect our Airtable with various other platforms to share files. It's really easy for a non-coder, but technically competent admin to set up and administer. It's just really easy to use. I don't need to pay for a third-party API developer to connect services. I can just use Zapier to connect everything, and it's relatively cost-effective per month. Most things work really well with Zapier, and once it's up and running, it works awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, most things work really well. Occasionally, Zapier will lose contact with services like Airtable. But that has always been due to something going wrong with Airtable. And it can be a little clunky to set up in the beginning, but once it's up and running, it works awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to connect Airtable with other platforms for file sharing, making file storage and management easier. It's cost-effective and easy for a non-coder to set up.
Easy 3rd-Party Integrations Without Needing a Developer
What do you like best about the product?
I dont need a developer for 3rd party system interface options
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be better in some places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me connect with other systems, and I can use that information to trigger actions.
Easy Integration and Solid Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration and functionality Zap has to offer
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take a bit of time to trigger, would be better if it was actually real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It triggers an email notification when a client fills in a landing page with their details.
Smooth Automation with Some UI Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zapier for sending automatic Slack alerts when an email arrives from a customer in Gmail. It has automated the emails to customers, saving us time. The initial setup was very easy and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface needs improvement, as it should be easier to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for Gmail automation, connecting HubSpot to Google Sheets, and sending automatic Slack alerts, which saves us time by automating emails to customers.
Easy to Use with Powerful Multi-Platform Connections
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and number of platforms you can connect together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become costly rather quickly, especially with high volume CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditionally you would need to use API access, and custom code all the functions you wish to preform. Using Zapier saves all that development and QA time, for faster deployments.
Zapier: Amazing Automation Glue That Extends What Your Apps Can Do
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is amazing. It extends the functionality of some software and is a glue between software so you can expand the functionality and tasks between one or more different products and have it do things that weren't even possible before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zapier is that all tasks are counted as a zap, regardless of how many steps are in the zap. You may have a zap with 10, 15 steps or a zap with two steps and they're both counted the same way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several Zaps running in our company but the one that truly gave us a benefit is connecting Zapier up to our AMS and our Circle community and being able to assign badges as the AMS is updated. We don't have to do a manual update or CSV import into the Circle community.

Simple Interface Makes Automations Truly Set-and-Forget
What do you like best about the product?
The simple interface helps with setting up easy automations. Great way to set and forget and if I ever do need to troubleshoot it's easy as a few clicks. Support is easy to get a hold of and integrations to social media work smoothly. Overall I like how it works, it performs well and it's also nice they have a free version to try before upgrading to paid options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI side could be a little more helpful but it's not the end of the world.
