Easy to Use and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
One of Zapier’s biggest strengths is its simplicity. You can connect apps and create automated workflows (“Zaps”) with a visual interface—no coding required. Even beginners can set up useful automations in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing gets expensive quickly. While there are thousands of integrations, if an app isn’t supported well, you may need webhooks or custom APIs, which defeats the “no-code” appeal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many apps don’t have built-in integrations. Zapier acts as a bridge between tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and HubSpot so information flows automatically between them.
Benefit: I don’t have to manually copy data between systems.

Zapier’s Best-in-Class Out-of-the-Box Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I started using zapier 3 years back. It was one of the few solution which supported so many out of the box integration app's which i liked and its till the best. Apart from that, it was very easy to setup and even build custom zaps for apps which are not there was easy using the API, webhook steps. Documentation was helpfull in all of that and if required support for anything i looked into forum.
I use it almost daily as it was easily integrated with my workflow.

Efficient Automation with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zapier is relatively simple to connect things back and forth. The integration and the ability to build automations that even allow text messages have been especially efficient for my service-based wellness company. This efficiency helps my front desk have more hours to spend on patient-facing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when trying to connect things that it's a little clunky and makes it difficult to operate, and I do lose some time there trying to connect everything. I also don't like that it costs per zap because that quickly adds up. For someone of my size with a mailing list of 10,000, I am constantly having to increase my subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for time efficiency and passive operations in the background, connecting my software like Flodesk and Google Sheets, which saves time on manual tasks.
Seamless App and Process Connections
What do you like best about the product?
Connects apps and processes seamlessly that you didn't think was possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to know what to connect. It's hard to imagine what can be done until you see someone else use the function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missed emails from specific clients. By pinging my Slack account I was able to channel important emails without living in my inbox.
Effortless Integrations, Time Saver for non technical folks like me
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier for quick integrations that make my life easier when two pieces of software don't natively talk to each other. It's easy to use and removes the pain of repetitive tasks, saving me time. I love the scope of the number of integrations Zapier has and that they're always working on the product and continually improving it. Being on the cutting edge of technology and always building new integrations is my favorite thing about Zapier. The initial setup is super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that doesn't work well for me with Zapier is when I build an integration, and it runs more than expected. It's not hard to control costs, but sometimes costs can run up really quickly, and that doesn't always work for me. Because I'm using a cost-benefit analysis on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier for quick integrations between software that don't natively talk to each other. It makes my life easier by saving time and removing the pain of tasks that need to be done once.
Seamless Integration, Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a very large selection of applications that you're able to integrate with Zapier. So that means nine times out of 10, if you're using a tool, it's likely going to have a Zapier integration. Whatever the workflow or process is, you're able to incorporate Zapier into that workflow. Additionally, the setup is very easy. It's quite quick to get set up, and you can have an automation up and running within a couple of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the features within Zapier can be quite advanced and need some coding knowledge. Most of it you can work through, but sometimes the documentation isn't extremely clear for maybe not so tech-savvy individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier automates mundane tasks, saving time on administrative work like moving data between apps and compiling data for useful outputs.
