Zapier Makes APIs Feel Simple for Everyone

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The term "API" is intimidating to a lot of people who do not have experience with them at all, but I've taught many people within my company to use Zapier. They are all shocked at how simple it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not the worst but at times there could be a little more information and guidance as to what is making a zap fail. It would be helpful if there was more insight as to what each error code may mean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our client base is not tech savvy enough to know how to setup API's, however, due to our business model they can heavily benefit from said integrations. Zapier has made it easy to bridge that gap and show them how much time they can save by taking a few minutes to learn how easy the product is to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier significantly cuts down the amount of manual work that I need to do on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without paying the amount of "zaps" are limited, which has interrupted the flows I am trying to run, but I understand the pricing model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Zapier to populate spreadsheets automatically and shift data to new locations. This saves me time by not having to manipulate data, and keeps accuracy in place.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy most about Zapier is the simplicity and ease of use. We've set up workflows that are constantly used across a number of products and features. It was easy to integrate as well! Simple user experience with a clear value prop. In particular it's helpful for connecting different pieces of software vs building our own in-house solutions to connect them!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con of Zapier is managing large amounts of automations at the same time. Either way though, that's to be expected when dealing with these many integrations and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helped us connect our CRM to our landing pages. It also helped with automations surrounding lead and data enrichment for users who found us organically.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to integrate with everything, pretty easy to debug
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more features available on the free tier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to connect to a Hubspot form on our website--when the form is submitted, it triggers a Zapier workflow that calls some of our API endpoints to create new objects in our database based on the information the user submitted in the survey. This allowed me to automate a process that used to be done manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of configuration without code. I have literally no experience doing this type of work until I started using Zapier. I build integrations with Salesforce. But they were very simple and didn't require integration software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. Make is cheeper, so I evaluate which product is better and high volume. If it's a highvolume integration, I'll attempt to use Make first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating with other CRM and Quickbooks to integrate with GoHighlevel CRM to send Google review requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes it easier for me to do my work faster and to keep it consistent across multiple surfaces. I primarily use it to coordinate events and social media publicity across various platforms, and it makes it easy for me to provide information for an event once, then reformat and schedule that information on several different platforms without having to recreate it over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its looping constructs are powerful and necessary for my work but difficult to get right--even as a software engineer myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to publicize events across multiple platforms with different timing and format. Zapier makes it so that I can put the information in once then automatically post it everywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has allowed us to custom-build forms on our website and route submissions to our database through Zapier workflow integrations. We use multiple stages based on conditions, and we add tasks along the way to improve our contact rate and close more deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use some of the integrations, you really need to understand the condition logic. It can get complicated because there are so many options, and it takes a bit of know-how to set everything up correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to build our own website and tailor it to our needs, including custom scoring and a workflow that fits how we work.

Makes Small Tasks Simple and Easy to Maintain

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier makes small tasks simple to spin up and easy to maintain over time. We use it for all the minutia that isn't worth bothering the dev team for, but still keeps our internal processes running in the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zapier falls victim the same faults as all no code platforms. when branching and looping gets gnarly, things get ugly fast. for straight forward linear tasks its fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zapier solves messaging around bugs, and creates tickets from slack thread for us. It also tracks and posts sales and renewal deals into slack, updating all relevant systems and celebrating our wins for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how Zapier offers a wide array of application connections, from Google products to workflow apps like Trello or Jira. And also, the ease of integration to each platform allows quick implementations as well. Ever since we started automating our daily work requests through Zapier, my team has been saving so much time on housekeeping tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to Zapier can be challenging for some people. It can feel heavy or overwhelming at the beginning, especially if you’re not very familiar with tech in general. That said, their templates and support agent can help guide you and make it easier to navigate as you learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier has taken a lot of manual, time-consuming work off our shoulders. My team relies heavily on it to automate our inquiry process.
We use Zapier Forms, Tables, and Zaps to intake requests, keep everything organized, and trigger actions as part of our daily workflow. Once an item is created in our table and approved by managers, it automatically creates a Trello or Jira ticket with details and the right person appointed. Furthermore, Zapier also can helps us track how much work is coming in and how much our team is completing.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that we are able to connect multiple platforms all in one place! The new AI feature is a huge benefit, if you have an issue, it is able to help find and diagnose that issue with recommended updates so you can complete your zap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the zaps are a little confusing and where they need to connect.
