Endless Possibilities, Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zapier expands the capabilities of Pipedrive with other software by filling in all the gaps where there are no native integrations. It solves everything from timing follow-ups and closing deals based on date fields to creating weekly digests. Sometimes, the possibilities feel endless. The support is always responsive and helpful, giving actual solutions to my problems. Zapier Agents have been fun to experiment with, and I use them to search the web to keep up to date on feature updates. Zapier is much more robust and has more applications compared to make.com. Although there was a learning curve, the support made it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
needing up update API end points manually

I use Zapier to expand Pipedrive capabilities with other software, timing follow-ups, closing deals based on date fields, and creating weekly digests where no native integrations exist.
Intuitive, Flexible Integration Champion
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Zapier. It's easy to navigate and intuitive, which makes it simple to explore alternative options for a solution. I often have an idea in my head of how to solve a specific problem using an integration, but the setup nature of Zapier allows me to play around with some options and often find a better, cleaner solution. We use Zapier to integrate multiple systems throughout the company, and it provides greater flexibility with platforms that don't necessarily natively integrate with one another. The initial setup was super simple; you can be set up and using it within 5 minutes. The improvements that Zapier makes routinely are very well thought out and implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It has all the features I need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to integrate multiple systems, providing greater flexibility and compatibility with platforms that don't natively integrate.
Effortlessly Automates Workflows, Needs Better Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zapier to automate repetitive tasks between tools like email and spreadsheets without writing extra code, which helps me save time, reduce manual errors, and keep my workflows running smoothly in the background. What I like most about Zapier is how easy it makes automation without needing complex coding. I can quickly connect different apps and build workflows that save a lot of time. It’s reliable, flexible, and works quietly in the background, letting me focus on more important tasks. I mainly use features like multi-step Zaps, triggers and actions, and filters in Zapier. These help me automate complete workflows, like capturing data, processing it, and sending updates automatically. The ability to connect multiple apps and add logic makes it very valuable, as it saves time and reduces manual effort. The initial setup of Zapier was very easy for me. The interface is intuitive, and creating a Zap with triggers and actions is straightforward. I was able to set up my first workflow within minutes without needing any technical complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Zapier could improve is pricing, as some advanced features are only available in higher plans. Also debugging complex workflows can sometimes be a bit tricky when something doesn’t work as expected. Improving error messages and making troubleshooting more user friendly would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zapier to automate repetitive tasks like data copying and sending updates, reducing errors and saving time. It connects apps for seamless data flow and ensures actions don't get missed, letting my workflows run smoothly in the background.

Seamless Notion–Google Sheets Automation That Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about is how I use it to connect Notion with tools like Google Sheets. Whenever I add data in a form or sheet, it automatically creates an entry in Notion. I don’t have to copy-paste anything manually anymore. This has saved me a lot of time in managing content and tasks.
I also use it to get instant updates or notifications when something changes. Once the workflow is set, it runs smoothly without issues.
I also use it to get instant updates or notifications when something changes. Once the workflow is set, it runs smoothly without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task limit on the free plan, When I connected Notion with Google Sheets, my tasks got used up very quickly. Even simple automations started hitting the limit faster than expected. Because of that, some workflows stopped in between. Also, multi-step automations are only available in paid plans. So I couldn’t build more advanced workflows without upgrading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of doing repetitive manual work between apps. Earlier, I had to copy data from Google Forms or Google Sheets into Notion manually. Now it happens automatically as soon as new data is added. This saves a lot of time and reduces chances of mistakes. I also use it to trigger notifications when new entries are created. So I don’t have to keep checking things again and again.
Powerful Automation Tool That Unlocks Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great automation tool that helps you automate tasks in many different ways—often in ways you wouldn’t have imagined beforehand.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the rise of other competitors, I feel the pricing could be improved slightly and better aligned with what the competition offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the biggest automation problem in my company. Where four people used to handle 10 tasks, we now only need one person to do those same 10 tasks.
Easy to Use, Well-Guided Experience with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
Zapier is easy to use thanks to its UX design and the guides that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their partnership opportunities are difficult to set up, and it’s hard to get started with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier makes it easy to integrate business apps into pretty much any workflow I want.
Don't let no coding experience keep you from a more streamline workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to jump right into using agents with zero coding experience is just amazing. The ability to describe what you want in normal written text and have that executed is just next level. The UI is simple to use and took only a couple minutes to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
No specifically about Zapier but using API in Zapier was also brand new to me. I struggled to get the agent to do what I wanted using an API. I think I did not have all the permissions properly set up but Zapier could only help me so much in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to automate daily searches across multiple platforms and consolidate the data recovered and have that sent to me by email. Definitely a time saver. I was on the free plan but I will upgrade to a paid plan. it is obvious that this is the future for me. With no coding backround, I found this really handy.
Easy to Use, Fast, and Feature-Rich Integrations with Zapier
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use Zapier. It's very straightforward yet has a lot of features and functionalities at the same time. It integrates very well with different platforms. It works fast and I have never had any issues with it. I only have used the free plan and that has been great for my needs. Support is good too - I have used it one time. The AI they have is also really clever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's anything I specifically dislike about Zapier as an offering since it does do what it say it does, although I do wish that the speed in which triggers happen was a little faster to feel more immediate than delayed by minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of platforms and a lot of customers, and therefore a lot happening across different places. For me, Zapier is bringing all of the insights and information from different places into one spot.
