Zapier does the boring work for you
What do you like best about the product?
Is connects all my apps together very well with me needing any coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you get get a long chain of automation it can be confusing, but I can't even imagine doing what it does manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have several apps which are crucial to my work flow. Manually putting in the information would take a lot of time out of my day. Once setup Zapier does it all for me automatically without supervision.

Automated repetitive tasks to take them off of our plate. Set it and forget it

I don’t dislike anything besides the fact that price increases based on the amount of zaps you need

Slack notifications to keep our team in the loop as well as customer reminders

What do you like best about the product?
Zapier has been a gamechanger for my productivity allowing me to automate tasks that otherwise would be impossible to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that it can quickly get expensive if you start to use "specialty" triggers or want to use agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier is saving me hours and hours of time where I would otherwise code automations Zapier connects services together seamlessly.

The automations I've created in Zapier have saved me so much time. They were easy to create and able to connect to any tools I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with what the AI by Zapier returns, but that's on the model I chose, not Zapier's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier saves me time by drafting/starting tasks on a recurring schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves us a lot of time. Once the automation is running, you don't have to worry about anything else. It's easy to implement and we use it for a lot of our processes and connecting one app to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't find some of the apps I want to link to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that is solving is connecting one product with another, this is something that would take crazy amounts of time and confusion.

It's ease of use- especially for the business owner that isn't IT savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! It was easy to set up, doesn't need much managing and works for you!

To be honest, I really liked the idea that you can create the workflow just by asking Zapier AI bot with natural language.

It's solving the repetitive jobs - such as updating dashborad and spreadsheets.

Effortless Zapier Connections Across Gmail and WordPress
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to connect Zapier to my other platforms like gmail or wordpress. Most of the the time its just logging in and then you can walk through the action you want to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion there are apps that aren't fully integrated so I have to do some coding but I'm not sure if that's something Zapier or the app is supposed to build out. Either way they have good docs on how to use webhooks, etc. so it hasn't stopped me yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zapier helps me automate a lot of mundane tasks, like sending reports, emails, and converting data.

Sometimes it doesn’t have ALL the options available in the API docs for certain apps but it’s very close

What do you like best about the product?
The large variety of platform integrations and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can use free tools like n8n to keep costs down, but on the whole I don't have complaints about Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problems I'm solving have to do with meeting preparation, pushing data from one platform into another and managing notifications. All of these (and other) use cases make me more efficient and save me time.
