What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about MSG91 is its ease of integration and reliability.
Beyond that, the wide variety of services and tools they offer for end-to-end business communication is a real strength. From SMS and WhatsApp to email, voice, and authentication flows, everything sits within a unified ecosystem, making it easier to manage, scale, and govern communication across the business.

There's nothing to dislike but as a suggestion to improve
Reporting could improve with clearer dashboards and more structured analytics. Additionally, more platform tutorials and guided documentation would help users navigate and utilize the features more effectively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as our core communication layer, leveraging email, WhatsApp, Hello, campaigns, and file hosting. Instead of juggling multiple tools, everything sits within one ecosystem, which simplifies execution and oversight.
The benefit for us has been speed and convenience. Onboarding was quick, integration was straightforward, and the support team has been responsive whenever required. So far, the experience has been smooth and reliable, and it has helped streamline our communication workflows effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the WhatsApp feature of MSG91. It's a good third-party service, and I believe the pricing it offers is really good in terms of cheapness and effectiveness.

I found the initial setup challenging at first, but it was nice after I got help from the support team.

What do you like best about the product?
I use MSG91 for sending OTPs through WhatsApp and SMS on our job portal. I really appreciate the good customer support, particularly from Karan, our account manager, who has been very helpful and supportive whenever needed. I find the setup easy because we got the needed support. Additionally, the SMS and WhatsApp features are valuable for sending OTPs to people using our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using MSG91 for sending WhatsApp bulk messages and find the campaign feature very useful. It's great for reaching out to a maximum number of users. The supported UI makes it easier to use, and Shruti Patidar assisted in integrating my account instantly, which was really helpful. Overall, I would totally recommend MSG91.

Instant Support and Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the wonderful support from MSG91, particularly when Pratayesh Yadav helped us solve a bulk email message issue. He was very helpful, and I like the instant support feature. I use MSG91 for sending bulk messages, and being able to send bulk email messages is a big plus. I find all the features valuable, but especially the email service. The initial setup was easy.

I need a report for my agents on how responsive they are when they receive leads and their delay in answering.

I was having trouble managing 50 to 100 daily WhatsApp messages and getting blocked, but MSG91 solved that.

The dashboard was user friendly and the Team was very supportive. Mr. Lalit purve ensured that the issue was resolved on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support staff is very helpful. As a developer, integration of my mobile app product is easy with their API Support.

MSG91 is solving problems related to communicating with my customers effectively. I was using their SMS OTP Service since a year, no complain with that. Now started using their WhatsAPP API and Hello App.
