    What do you like best about the product?
    I like MSG91 for its ability to send rich, interactive RCS messages that include multimedia and action buttons, which significantly increase customer engagement. I also appreciate the real-time delivery and engagement analytics and the verified business profile that enhances trust with customers.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The aspects of MSG91 that could be improved include limited global reach for RCS in certain regions, complex setup and integration for RCS messaging, and occasional delays in message delivery reporting compared to other CPaaS features.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use MSG91 for RCS business messaging to solve low customer engagement problems. It lets me send branded, interactive messages with multimedia and buttons, boosting engagement and trust with real-time analytics and enhanced customer interaction.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use MSG91 for sending transactional and promotional messages, OTP verification, and notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, and email to users and customers. I appreciate that MSG91 solves reliable and scalable customer communication by enabling fast OTP delivery, automated notifications, and bulk messaging. The simple dashboard and consistent OTP and transactional messaging improve authentication success rates, reduce login failures, and minimize support issues. API integration was quick and the documentation was clear, allowing basic messaging and OTP flows to be up and running with minimal configuration.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The UI can feel limited for advanced analytics, delivery reports could be more detailed, and support response times can be inconsistent at times. Pricing and routing options could also be more transparent for better cost control.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I use MSG91 as an SMS gateway for my Shopify app Simplify My Login () to send OTP on SMS and WhatsApp for easy login using mobile number. The platform is very user-friendly, and the APIs are defined for the right standards, making them easy to understand. Support from MSG91, especially Nishant, has been great. He is very responsive and knowledgeable, helping me to get better pricing and quickly solving any issues. The pricing is great, and the platform, along with its support, is best in class. Any issues I have, even on a Friday night, are addressed almost immediately by Nishant with replies within like ten minutes, which has been amazing. I have no reason to switch to another SMS provider.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The SMS capability is already best in class, they can further improve on SMS delivery to countries like Malaysia where none of the SMS gateways provide coverage across all Network providers
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use MSG91 as a SMS gateway for my Shopify app Simplify My Login () to power easy login using OTPs. It's reliable for sending messages on SMS and WhatsApp, making my service more efficient.
