    What do you like best about the product?
    You can be very pleased with the delivery success rate, and the integration process is easy. The pricing structure is transparent and there is no delay in sending OTPs and notifications.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    When larger files are used reporting panel on admin dashboard will slow down. The improvement of the response time on live chat support also requires improvement.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We mainly use it to send staff duty schedules, shift reminders and internal care team notifications in an automated way. It has greatly reduced our need for manual communication.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The message delivery rate is extremely excellent and the API setup process is very developer-friendly. Their pricing structure is clear and OTPs and notifications are delivered without any latency.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The admin dashboard’s reporting panel is slow. Consequently, it cannot manage huge data files. Moreover, the time taken for live chat response can be improved.

    We mainly use it to send staff duty schedules, shift cancellation alerts and internal care team notifications in an automated way. It has greatly reduced our manual labour.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Using their API is easy and sending messages on their system is lightning quick. Because of the complete clarity of the pricing model, we can budget easily.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The visual reporting feature in the admin dashboard should be improved to be faster and modern. Moreover, the response time of the hole support for complex technical problems has to be decreased.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The system's uptime and reliability are excellent.
    In the last few months, we have not noticed any major service downtime or message drop, which is extremely important for our application.

    What do you like best about the product?
    MSG91 has been very dependable for our day-to-day communication needs. SMS and WhatsApp delivery are fast, and the APIs were straightforward to integrate with our existing systems. I also appreciate that everything is available in one place, so we’re not juggling multiple tools. The dashboard is simple and intuitive enough for non-technical team members to use without much guidance.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    In certain sections, the UI feels a bit dated. Some reports can take a while to load, especially when working with large datasets. The initial setup for more advanced features, like chatbots, also required a bit of support. Overall, the documentation is good, but there are a few areas where it could be more detailed.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We use MSG91 for OTPs and order notifications, and it has significantly reduced delivery failures. Customers now receive updates instantly, which has helped improve trust. It also saves us time because we no longer have to manage separate vendors for different communication needs. Overall, our communication has become more consistent, reliable, and scalable.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Scalability stands out the most for me. As our user base has grown, MSG91 has handled the increased messaging volume without any issues. The APIs are flexible, well-structured, and easy to work with. On top of that, the uptime and overall reliability give us real confidence when running it in production environments.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of the more advanced features require a deeper level of technical understanding to use effectively. Also, while the dashboard is functional, it could benefit from a more modern design.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We needed a reliable way to manage user notifications and alerts, and MSG91 has helped us centralize our communication and scale without constantly worrying about delivery failures. As a result, it has reduced operational complexity and improved user engagement. Overall, it’s made it easier for us to stay focused on product growth.
