    What do you like best about the product?
    We recently started implementing MSG91 at Belitsoft Software Development Company to improve our operational communication and notification workflows. The platform makes it easy to create SMS templates and automate alerts for system updates and customer notifications. The UI is simple and easy to navigate, and template management helps us standardize communication across teams. We also appreciate the integration capabilities, which allow us to connect messaging workflows with our internal applications.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Since we are still implementing MSG91, some advanced configuration options require time to understand. More onboarding tutorials and documentation would help new users get started faster.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MSG91 helps us automate operational alerts, customer notifications, and internal communication. This reduces manual messaging and improves response time across our teams. The platform also improves communication reliability and helps streamline operational workflows.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Scalability stands out the most for me. As our user base has grown, MSG91 has handled the increased messaging volume without any issues. The APIs are flexible, well-structured, and easy to work with. On top of that, the uptime and overall reliability give us real confidence when running it in production environments.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of the more advanced features require a deeper level of technical understanding to use effectively. Also, while the dashboard is functional, it could benefit from a more modern design.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We needed a reliable way to manage user notifications and alerts, and MSG91 has helped us centralize our communication and scale without constantly worrying about delivery failures. As a result, it has reduced operational complexity and improved user engagement. Overall, it’s made it easier for us to stay focused on product growth.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Having SMS, email, and WhatsApp all in one platform makes it much easier to plan and run campaigns. The analytics provide a clear view of engagement across each channel, which helps me understand what’s working. I also like the flexibility to create targeted campaigns based on what I need. On top of that, the usage-based pricing is a helpful option.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The email customization options could be expanded further. Also, the campaign setup interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially when you’re just getting started.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MSG91 lets us run multi-channel campaigns without having to switch between different tools, which saves time and makes it easier to coordinate our marketing efforts. Having everything in one place also helps us reach customers more effectively and track performance more consistently. Overall, it has simplified our communication strategy and made our day-to-day workflow smoother.

    MSG91 allows us to automate order confirmations, shipping updates, and post-purchase follow-ups via SMS and WhatsApp. The automation flows are flexible, and delivery tracking gives our operations team confidence. Integration with our backend system was smooth, and scaling campaigns during peak sales periods was effortless.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    More adva More built-in campaign templates for e-commerce would save setup time. Advanced funnel analytics (click → reply → conversion) could be improved.
