    The speed of delivering OTP in seconds is their strength. The message is sent to right customer, decreas
    ing customer drop-offs. Also, the integration process is really easy and developer-friendly.

    The reporting dashboard needs to be a bit faster.
    Also, when it comes to
    technical support, we often get canned responses; it takes a bit longer to speak directly with engineers or to get solutions to complex issues.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We primarily use it for two-factor authentication (2FA) and to send payment success alerts. This is our main tool for automating the entire process without the need for manual verification.

    We use MSG91 across multiple client projects at Ntiva, mainly for OTP authentication, transactional alerts, and WhatsApp notifications. The UI is fairly clean and easy to navigate once you get familiar with it. The Flow Builder is especially useful — it allows us to design automation visually instead of relying only on code.

    In terms of integrations, connecting MSG91 with our internal systems and CRM tools was straightforward using APIs. The documentation is helpful, and most integrations work smoothly without major issues.

    Performance-wise, message delivery is fast and reliable. OTPs are delivered within seconds, which is critical for user authentication flows. We also noticed stable uptime during high traffic periods.

    Pricing is reasonable compared to other messaging providers. The ROI is clear for us because it reduces manual communication effort and improves customer response time.
