    What do you like best about the product?
    The multi-step workflow (renewal reminders, Claim status updates) are easy to build.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The learning curve for building complex workflow is moderate.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We used to manually call client for reminders or claim updates. MSG91 automates that, reducing manual labor and improving client satisfaction and retention

    What do you like best about the product?
    The compliance features ( such as masking and audit logs) give us confidence for HIPAA-adjacent messaging. Also, the template management is very handy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The onboarding support was a little slow during weekend
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We needed to send appointment reminder, lab result alerts, and COVID-check notifications. Before MSG91, many patient missed messages or we had to resort to costly phone calls

    What do you like best about the product?
    The ''Segment to campaign" feature allow us to group student and send tailored SMS/WhatsApp with ease.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The monthly quota reset timing is sometime confusing (UTC vs local).
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We send class cancellations, event reminders, exam schedules. Using MSG91, faculty no longer has to manually text each student . It's saved hour per week in admin work and improved attendance

    What do you like best about the product?
    The OTP generation and auto expiry features are rock solid. Also love reporting dashboard for message success/failure rates.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The latency for very high volumes (e.g. burst at 8 AM ) sometimes spikes slightly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We issue OTPs for customer paying bills or resetting accounts, and also outage alerts. MSG91 ensure near-instant delivery, reducing the friction in user self-service and cutting call volume in our call center.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I was getting stuck at setting sms alert for orders received on my shopify website and I scheduled meeting twice for same but they told I can not do it but third time got connect with Jyotsana Gour and she helped me through out the process and we did it. just writting this reivew for her genrous support and guidance through out whole process.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I like msg91 support as its quick but sometime few poeple on call are not so supportive whether they don't know about some process itself but your compnay needs more support people like Jyotsana Gour.

    Communication support and I use it for whatsapp and sms alert for my website
